Placed an order online and the CSR Mike went above and beyond his responsibility to ensure everything was perfect. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He should be recognized for his commitment and product knowledge. Highly recommended.
Review of eventbrite
Total rubbish. Clicked button to Access event over twenty minutes repeatedly, and got 'Online Event Page not found'. When trying to contact the organisers got 'standardised' response options which were no hlep at all. Totally useless. In comparisson to Webex, Zoom it doesn't even deserve the single star.
Review of deezer
I recently did a trial of Deezer and must say its heaps better than Spotify. Transferring my music from Spotify to Deezer was really easy and almost everything managed to get on there, however the mobile UI is sluggish (selecting a song takes agessss) and can also be buggy sometimes. High res is also there, but I haven't really heard a huge difference. I would still recommend this over Spotify any day.

Review of domestika
DOMESTIKA TOOK €200 FROM ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT. THEY TRICK PEOPLE WITH A “FREE TRIAL” THAT COSTS €1 AND THEN CHARGE A HUGE AMOUNT WITHOUT A CLEAR WARNING. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I only wanted to try one course, but instead I was charged a huge amount for a Plus subscription I never wanted. This charge was completely unexpected — €200 is a lot for such a bad quality courses. I never agreed to this and I feel completely misled.I’ve contacted support several times, and all they do is send me links to the terms and conditions. This is not customer service. This is avoidance and irresponsibility.Domestika needs to be transparent and honest with its users. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE. This is unfair, dishonest, and unacceptable.
Review of aaa
I was involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault, and the person who hit me has AAA insurance. AAA didn’t reach out to me for over a week, and I had to call them myself—while on vacation—to even start the process. Initially, they told me I couldn’t keep my car at my preferred shop, but once I pushed back, they suddenly changed their stance and allowed it. This deceptive tactic was frustrating. To make matters worse, they lowballed me on the value of my totaled car, despite the fact that I have receipts for every bolt and all the maintenance done. They were unprofessional in response to my fair valuation. Then they yanked my rental car, leaving me without transportation to work.I feel like nothing more than a number to them. Even if I had accepted their offer, how could I buy a car on a weekday with a full-time job? I couldn’t even have the rental until the weekend to make arrangements. I didn’t ask to be in this situation, but now I’m left scrambling, trying to figure out how to provide for my family and do basic things like get groceries.

Review of tripadvisor
We booked a hotel based on the information on TA which confirmed, twice, that breakfast was included. TA linked us through to various providers as usual - we went with Hotels.com. After having booked, we noted that our booking confirmation from Hotels.com said that breakfast would be an extra cost. I contacted Hotels.com, no joy. Nothing to do with them they said, that was information on the TA website so speak to them. Liaised with TA (after battling to find out how to contact them), nothing to do with them either as they simply advertise what the Hotel put on. Spoke to the Hotel, they confirmed that we had booked without breakfast. Thankfully, the hotel did the decent thing and accepted that TA had misrepresented breakfast being included so they would honour it at their cost. Shameful service from TA and Hotels.com both simply passing the buck. In future, I intend to use the site to get info and prices, read reviews etc and then book direct with the hotel. First, these agencies take a huge cut for simply signposting and secondly, by booking direct, at least I'm sure about who I am contracting with so if there is an issue, I know who to deal with.

Review of abercrombie
I made a purchase with Abercrombie on their website on February 5th, 2018. They offered me a $20.00 coupon to use on ANY order of $50.00 or more. I purchased two items total was $140 minus the $20.00 coupon plus applicable sales tax. I went to their store and returned one (1) item and they only returned $60.00 plus applicable sales tax. Abercrombie misled me to believe that I would receive a $20.00 discount on my order, yet they only gave me a $10.00 discount. I have tried to resolve this via email with their customer service, yet they will not refund my $10.00 plus sales tax. REF: Ref: Mislead by Club Offer of $20.00 off, $50.00 Purchase [Incident: 180210-004021]I will never shop in their stores again!!!
