This company doesn’t honour the warranty

This company doesn’t honour its warranty. We had a baby monitor that broke twice within the warranty time frame. We received the initial product as a registry gift. The item did not work from the get go. It was clearly broken and old, and should not have been put on the shelves to begin with. The new unit we received broke with 18 months (warranty is 2 years). Philips offered us 20% off their website. They don’t even manufacture this baby monitor anymore because it’s so bad. So if you buy what’s left of these at a retail store, be warned that you’re on your own if it stops working.
