Absolutely horrible customer service. Been deployed overseas and tried to get my phone unlocked which has been a hassle. They said it would take 24-48 hours to get my device unlocked. I have been here a week and they still haven't unlocked my phone and are still charging me $12 a day for international saying it will take 3-5 more business days to review my account and unlock my phone. The worst phone company i have ever dealt with and once my devices are paid off I am switching carriers to a company that actually cares about it's customers!

Absolutely the worst right now. Including myself, I know of 4 people who have sworn to stop using Amazon due to constant delivery fails. My mum literally watched a delivery driver pull up, scan her parcel while still sat in the van, get a notification saying “parcel delivered - handed to resident”, then he drove off. My work place have had at least 10 separated incidents of deliveries being “handed to resident”, but have never been delivered at all. Have had couriers either scan parcel then just walk off with package, or dump it outside without even ringing doorbell then it gets stolen. If I could rate zero stars I would. DO NOT USE AMAZON, THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL. Too many amazon delivery people either pure lazy or outright thieves.

My experience with Chegg was a nightmare. Their expert answers are just AI generated responses, and the individuals behind them have ZERO knowledge on the subject. Chegg is basically SCAMMING students by claiming to provide expert answers. The only skill their experts seem to possess is the ability to copy and paste ChatGPT's answers. I asked several questions first and most of the responses felt like gibberish because the experts themselves didn't understand what they were talking about. Then to test this, I submitted a few questions that I already knew the answers to, and the gibberish responses continued. I then went to the Open AI classifier to scan all of these gibberish answers, and every single one received a positive rating of 100%. Essentially, what they are doing is taking wrong answers from ChatGPT and presenting them as their own. Requested a refund on the second day and it was rejected by them, already filled a charge back through my bank. My advise is stay away from this SCAM.

BBC news has gone from the most respected news organisation in the world to a mouth piece for the Guardian Newspaper..... totally political, no longer reports the news, but the opinions of the presenters/reporters. Anything negative promoted to the extreme, anti British, anti Brexit, anti Trump, anti government, no balance. If you are white and British you are actively discriminated against in job adverts!! ... Do not bother with it.

I was able to find some of the scores I really needed for an upcoming show, I appreciate the breadth of inventory they have. But I had no intention of signing up for a subscription when I thought I had to leave my credit card to sign up for a 7-day free trial. Instead, I see on my credit card statement that I actually bought TWO subscriptions totaling $70!!When I called their customer service number, I spoke with George, who was great and helpful, but I was not refunded any money.

I really appreciate the wonderful variety of music scores available. Often I hear a new piano selection on YouTube and when I look it up MuseScore, I find it, I can download it, print it, and try it out right away. What musical luxury!

Works great but too much self-promotion and self-advertisement. Before being acquired it always worked like charm. Today still does, but it has become extremely annoying in terms of 'remind to get the Full' and 'you might have a problem that only full version can solve'. It it borderline to being 'visually spammed' and almost daily pushed to buy the full version.
