I have a landline, high speed internet and Directv. I can't do anything on att.com because no matter what I select, I am immediately redirected to directv. So if I wanted to pay the landline or internet, I can't. I've told them a hundred times for several years, they acknowledge it, but never do anything about it. This company must have the worst web designers and IT people on the planet. I pray that the cost of removing the underground lead cable and pension obligations puts them out of business. They do nothing to maintain infrastructure and their fancy fiber cable is coated in a peanut based material the squirrels just love to chew on. This is hands down the absolute worst American Company. Shameful and overpriced to the extreme for terrible customer service.

23 April - ordered items totalling over £100.24 April - advised delivery today. Waited in all day.26 April - advised delivery today, waited in all day, before being advised order has been lost.27 April - Used the Chat option in the app and requested refund to gift card.28 April - Telephoned Customer Services (020 3467 3641), as no refund was received, only to be advised that the refund has been processed to my bank account (so, an additional wait of 5-7 working days). Again requested this be refunded to a gift card. After waiting on the phone for the refund to be actioned to a gift card for 33 minutes I was informed that the refund could not be placed on the gift card.I wonder if it took so long because of the dog I clearly heard barking in the background or if it was an attempt to get me to hang up?At this time, I don't have the items ordered, I don't have my money to be able to reorder, I haven't been compensated for the inconvenience or this monumental waste of my time. In fact, at no time has any representative offered to compensate me.As a final slap in the face, when I emailed their 'complaints at amazon' email address it bounced back! I subsequently discovered they no longer have an email contact option!Hands down the worst customer service I've received from Amazon since opening the account - and I'm looking at alternative options while I consider deleting my account.I'm leaving this review for 2 reasons:1) to warn others before they part with their hard earned money; and2) it may be my only way to be heard by Amazon - as I note that they can be notified of this review, even if they won't accept my email.

Philips whole customer service sucks! And I don’t mean the people I mean their system! I have had my TV for under a year that is a Philips TV and I decided to start having issues well I called their warranty place since I’ve had it under a year and I have been trying to get my TV fixed for almost 3 months now as if they are trying to wade out the deadline for their warranty thank goodness when I bought the TV I bought a three-year protection plan got on the phone with that company and all in one phone call they had me troubleshoot the TV and the remotes and at the end of the phone call they said all right it’s not working let me see if I can find you a replacement for the same price and type and if there’s nothing then will send you a check and guess what I’m getting a check in the mail that simple all in one phone call instead of getting the runaround of a we will call you back within 3 to 5 business days here it is almost a whole two weeks later after I’ve called them (philips warranty) numerous times throughout the past two months expecting phone calls from them and they never called me back!

I never used the subscription or accessed any Plus courses, and this unexpected charge has left me with no money in my account.As a student with limited financial resources, this is a major issue. An obsolete fantasy.Very little factual reporting of ongoing world events and twisted misquoted reports on what they do cover. Riots and civil disturbance across France and other EU countries the past couple of years mostly not shown. Hardly a mention when the economy or pound improves but lots of Doom and Gloom reports if it falls.Job loses reported at the time then the same loses reported weeks or months later as if additional lost jobs. It appears the BBC and others are trying to force a recession to make previous lies come true.What tops it all is the apparent BBC support for a racist anarchist organisation inciting racial hatred, rioting, causing criminal damage and beating people up because of their race or colour. Absolutely disgusting.

Poor Delivery ServiceI ordered my groceries from Kroger online. The order was sooo messed up. There were items showing "out of stock" that arrived in my bag. The items that showed they were in stock were not in my bag. When I called customer services, I was told to refresh my order which I did twice. It was the same. I will never order groceries from Kroger to be delivered again.

Absolutely ridiculous how journalism has devolved into personal opinions, feelings and political agendas. I expect a review of a product that goes into detail about the actual product which I believe is the bare minimum of a review. Instead I get an article about something said by the writer of the books that the product is based on, absolutely no details whatsoever about the actual product and a strong sense the "reviewer" hasn't even tried the product. This is not a review or journalism, this is a mockery, a platform to spout personal agenda in an attempt to vent unfounded frustration and destroy the hard work of many individuals.

One of the reviews on Software Advice is fraudulent. I have contacted their compliance department with specific evidence and they refuse to correct or take down the fraudulent review. While I have no idea how prevalent fraudulent reviews are for this platform, I am concerned that not enough is being done to police fraudulent activity on this platform. I would encourage anyone who is using Software Advice for their decision making to seek alternative sources.

Pelayo was amazing, helping me get MindBody setup and answer my repeated questions. He was immediately available to troubleshoot issues we had and get them corrected. MindBody is a very customizable software which is great but a little overwhelming at first, Pelayo helped me navigate it and set it up.

Beware of the scam platform!I supported the Dune Case project in November 2019 and have still not received a delivery. It is now clear that the creator of the campaign, Alexander Gomez, has fled with the money. Indiegogo has not lifted a finger, has allowed the campaign to continue and has done nothing despite thousands of reports of fraud. All backer support is rejected and the money is gone. The reviews here on Trustpilot speak for themselves and Indiegogo just carries on.Edit: Indiegogo contacted me after my review and offered to get in touch. Although they knew which campaign it was, further dialog was futile. In two reply emails it was pointed out that Indiegogo is doing a lot for trust and wants to make the platform safe, but no concrete actions followed. This means I still have a loss of $628 and Indiegogo has unilaterally ended the communication by writing to me that their last response is now final.
