Phillips has an incredible customer support portal. I have has nothing but excellent experience with it and will continue to buy Phillips products because of this excellent customer support.

I purchased 100 Philips bulbs for…

I purchased 100 Philips bulbs for chandeliers in a public building. After a few months, several bulbs burned out, and the store agreed to replace them. Now it's the second year of use and the bulbs have started to burn out. The supply ran out, and I started looking for the bulbs I needed and couldn't find them on the Philips website. I wrote a request to Philips customer service to find out if the required type of bulbs is currently being manufactured. More than a week has passed, but I have not received an answer. I do not recommend Philips bulbs. They start to burn out within a year of use. Customer service is not working!

Bought a Phillips sound bar from…

Bought a Phillips sound bar from Walmart for eighty dollars in November. Lost the receipt. Sound bar crapped out. Couldn't get proof of receipt from Walmart. Called Phillips and only asked for a replacement and they said no way. It doesn't matter because by other reviews they don't honor anything anyway. They are very nasty. Would never get a Phillips again

Just purchase a Philips 322e curved screen monitor that will only display two thirds of the picture their website directs you to a help service that charged you £16 to talk to you they must think your stupid mind you their probably correct because you bought their rubbish

They haven’t sent my order

They haven’t sent my order, despite saying shipped. It hasn’t arrived and UPS say they haven’t recieved it. I tried to contact their support, but you go round in a loop of pages. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Would give o if I could!Phillips food processor - advertised as 'unbreakable' plastic jug - fell 3ft & smashed to bits! Phillips won't replace & want £69 to repair! As if!! ABYSMAL SERVICE - will definitely be using other manufacturers going forwards!

Philips Hairclipper horrible!

Bought a Philips Hairclipper Series 9000 with £87 and with the light use after 1 year battery has died . One of the worst products I have used, the was they manufactured this product you can't replace the batter easily as well. Never buying any philips products again.

Haha, I should have looked here before buying Phillips headphones! They don't work, and Philips of course won't give me a refund. But I do get real satisfaction out of seeing how the electronics giant I knew as a kid has shrunk down to a two-but player my kids haven't even heard of. The market ruthlessly punishes incompetence and poor service...
