I needed tech support due to issues I was having linking tickets and securing park reservations. Joan was a Godsend for me. She was truly professional, attentive, and had exemplary customer service skills. Her helpful attitude and cooperative spirit was amazing. She took care of all of my issues while being informative as to what happened. Thank you, JoanAndy

Review of att
First of all they sent me a defective phone and will not return it and I still have to pay for a phone that don't work. Then they hold the payment so they can charge late fee. AT&T is the most crooked phone company there is. There care absolutely nothing about their customers. They are nothing but greedy and worthless. Better Business Bureau needs to investigate them because all they do is rip off people. They don't even deserve one star. I absolutely hate AT&T.

It’s unbelievable! They won’t give you access to your data unless you keep paying for the subscription.Since I’m no longer self-employed, there’s no point in maintaining a subscription—but they still refuse to grant access to all my data. Make sure you’re comfortable with this before signing up. I’ve reported it to the Financial Ombudsman.

Review of opentable
I used Open Table for the first time, made a reservation and received a confirmation of the booking with a reference number from them, the following day the restaurant sent an email to cancel my booking as they had been fully booked for over a month.I complained to Open Table who " claimed" to work closely with restauranteurs .....OH REALLY?Anyone thinking of using Open Table ....my advice is don't bother.
Review of lego
Awful experience compared to other online sellers. Took a long time to even get my order processed. Then the delivery as they have to use a courier was painful to organise, and attempted to be delivered so many times. Save your time and sanity and buy from Amazon, the lego will be cheaper be shipped and just arrive like it should

Review of aaa
I am 84 years old and my Subaru suddenly flashed all lights and shut off. It was 90 degrees in the shade ( of which I had none!) I called my AAA three times and each time they said one hundred minutes. A man from a nearby house brought me Lemonade. Six hours later I called CT State Police and they came with a tow truck and brought my car to my repair shop! AAA twice to no avail. I will not be renewing!
Review of google
Google deliberately ruined search and went all in on AI, spending huge sums on compute for their LLM hallucination engine Gemini. Now they are raising Workspace prices yet again and justifying it due to providing Gemini - a service we do NOT want, and have NO way of disabling. Goodbye Google.
Review of target
What has happened to Target? It has become one of the worst places to shop. Push carts are frequently blocking products and aisles, zoning is terrible, and you can see trash sit on a shelf for over a week. I have seen a starbucks cup sit in the same spot for almost a month with the same name as it slowly grew mold. Disgusting.I could have blamed all of the on hours being cut which is 100% corporate but what I can't excuse is the crappy customer service from some employees. There was a signage issue that advertised a gift card if you purchased 3 products over $10, when I went to check out it didn't come up. At guest service the woman went back and there was a different sign on the back wall saying for Tide detergent it needed to be over 12.99. Mind you the other sign was in-aisle in front of Tide detergent. They absolutely would not honor the price.Another example. I bought a bag of Tostitos that had a coupon on the bag from the manufacturer. With the purchase of any Frito Lay chips 7.75 - 13 oz you saved $2.50 on any Frito Lay dip 15 oz or larger which I also had. It even has a picture of the dip I bought on the coupon. It would not scan at the register and the cashier was nice plus I know cashiers are limited to what they are allowed or the system will allow them to do so I went to guest service. The guest service person went over the coupon several times and kept trying combinations in order to get it to go through. It wouldn't even though she confirmed that my purchase me the requirements. She called another person over, not sure if they were a manger, but I basically got a line of BS at this point. It must be for my next purchase of chips and dip. The problem with that being there is no way to track if it is the next purchase. What if I go to Walmart and make the purchase there next time? If I don't scan the Target app, how do they know I bought this the first time? The other problem; for a coupon to make that type of requirement it has to be clearly stated on the coupon which it was not. In the end I didn't get the savings and when I contacted corporate I basically got 'tough luck you'll have to take it up with the store' (not an actual quote just the overall sentiment.
