I didn't think it was legal to take money and offer no proper refund process, it simply decides to bypass a country's local laws for complaining or asking for a legitimate way to complain. Frustrating and annoying.

Bought a Phillips sound bar from Walmart for eighty dollars in November. Lost the receipt. Sound bar crapped out. Couldn't get proof of receipt from Walmart. Called Phillips and only asked for a replacement and they said no way. It doesn't matter because by other reviews they don't honor anything anyway. They are very nasty. Would never get a Phillips again

I wouldn’t even give it the one star only that I had to. I’ve been a member now with Google nest for a good few years. All I can say is stay away! It’s not worth the money at all!! By the time someone has rang the door bell, they’ve left by the time the app works and let you get on it and that’s if it doesn’t say “nest isn’t working right now, try and log in later” it’s a complete joke.Google nest was far better before Google bought it out and it was just called “nest” the features worked far better then. Now it’s an utter joke. I also have the smoke alarms and they don’t sync with each other.

GARBAGE app do not purchase nhl.tv through BAMTECH .Not only is the app useless but when I tried to get hold customer services....well , they are just as useless,,,, nhl.lived doesnt work with samsung smart tv dont even buy it through google play store it's nearly impossible to get any help or a refund.SHAME ON YOU BAMTECH!!! for selling garbage,,,,you lost me and anyone I can convince, that you sell GARBAGE!

Parallels on the M1 Mac

I was a little concerned about running windows program on the new M1 Macs as I thought the change in processor from the Intel line would compromise certain apps. Much to my surprise, everything runs perfectly. I use rather esoteric programs for astronomy and radio control telemetry. Not only do they operate properly but it is also very easy to move data between the Mac and the PC sides. Definitely a good investment.

Fast shipping and amazing price

I have been on the hunt for a pair of lichtbrown suede tabi western boots from Margiela. The ones in my size are never on sale (38) and cost close to $2000. I found a pair at HBX (size 39) for $660! I couldnt believe it, last pair too. So I ordered them last tuesday night. Order went through. Then I started to read the reviews on Trustpilot and became worried. However when I woke up I had a fedex tracking number assigned to the package. I kid you not but my package arrived on thursday late morning from Hong Kong to Washington DC. Not even 48 hours! The package was intact. I have 6 pairs of various Margiela tabis including the western cowboy in black. Box was authentic as are the boots. Spotless! Im really impressed with the price, selection and speed of free shipping. I would order from them again. Very very satisfied. I wish I could post photos. The 39 fit fine!

I am completely baffled

I am completely baffled. I returned a Logitech keyboard and mouse set this is the second Logitech set I returned, will be going with different companies going forward) because the keyboard was not working correctly. I got an email from Amazon saying that they never received the keyboard and would be charging me for it, but instead did they received a utensil holder (which I previously purchased and still have and did not send) and refunded me for that which was way less than the Logitech they plan to charge me for which I did send) . Despite my many attempts to have them look into and correct the situation they have not notified me that rectified it, and it appears that I am going to to be unfairly charged for the Logitech equipment. To me that is pretty scary as they of course can manipulate any transaction to their advantage by making up scenarios and then charging their customers.

Do not trust their 'same day' delivery

Do not trust their 'same day' delivery. They do not notify you that they are shipping it say two days from now and if like me its bad to get a large box in the package room that is several buildings away from your apartment which is why you ordered same day as i get them delivered to my building if its same day and now i will write on the box 'return to sender' and leave it sit there... i really do not want to try to drag an oversized box across several building lots and i am 71 years old. of course they won't allow my review or warning to be shown on amazon. but yeah based on what just happened they don't even merit a 1 star but that is the lowest option I have. if they had notified me they were changing it i could have gone in and cancelled it. that was probably deliberate.
