The guitar arrived on time and well packaged. Upon opening the package the guitar fretts were not smooth on the side of the neck. They would cut your hand as you moved up and down the neck. I would have thought Guitar Center would have checked the guitar out prior to shipping with defects. I returned it to my local store and they didn't have a replacement and the warehouse is out of stock. I will say that the staff was very pleasant and tried to help me. Ended up returning the guitar.

Facebook deleted my Facebook account after I had around 50+ scammers pretending to be celebs I told them to f off and the scammers reports me for harassment. And something about bashing street workers that's the reason Facebook gave and I have no idea what there on about. I did an appeal and they still said no so now because of scammers I lose an account I have had for nearly 15 years and all my videos. Photos of my kids that I can't get again. So Facebook stand by scammers now adays so hope your company goes bankrupt

Great artwork. They keep changing how payments are being offered. First, it was paying by Credit card or Paypal - just like every other website, then it switched to credits, now it's memberships. What's the next gimmick? It's getting annoying and I have reduced the amount of shopping I do here because of the complications with paying.

I bought a brand new Whirlpool computerized washer and dryer. I have had them for less than two months. The dryer stopped working and has been replaced. Now the washer has stopped working, i.e, doesn't fill up with water and now the Geek Squad has to come out and fix it or replace it. Grrrr. Best Buy told me Whirlpool is American made. That is not true. The parts are made in China and the machines are assembled in America. I am so sick and tired of the garbage that comes out of China. I would like to get my money back and buy something else, but what brand is any better?

Suppose to get a rental car with premium membership. If customer service closed on weekend to setup,how is this suppose to happen. Stayed on hold for over an hour being transferred only to go down to hertz and be told all cars sold out. Terrible waste of time.

It took 6 hours and three calls for my daughter to receive service. Her boyfriend had to leave work so she wouldn't be alone on an unsafe road. I called customer service to file a complaint and was told that if she wanted faster service, she should have called and escalated the matter to customer service for resolution. The onus is on the customer. This is unacceptable!

dont buy a home from zillow. they cheap and overprice houses. they have you sign a waiver for a non disclosure on whats wrong with the homes and when you do you inspection find out the house is overpriced and needs work. they gave me 2500 for a 18 thousand dollars roof that if out out needed to be replaced. DO not buy from zillow. they trying to get their money back they lost for their gambling with the house market. let them fall before they can get back up for their stupidity.

Pursued my business for 1 year, so we integrated into our new website and had nothing but problems. Support is none existant and impossible to get through on the phones or get any sense out of the support team. Switched over to stripe. Wish I read the reviews before I started with them.

Marketing email and team said points eligible if you spend over 5k, previous business card holders excluded. I spent 15k, never been a business card holder, and then was told I'm ineligible because I already have an Amex, even though the offer was for existing card members. Tried to resolve with customer service for weeks, and even spoke with their general counsel in the end via Linkedin but it ended with their customer service calling me and leaving voicemails with a disconnected number to call them back.
