Poor support, no possibility to recover designs. My project were deleted by accident: I deleted team and all designs were automatically deleted without any warning. When I asked support to recover they replied with automated e-mail and nothing and after a while said it is not possible.

USED to be good, everything "worked" as it should. However, it's been since November (3 mos) that my issue has yet to be resolved. Sure, I can get ahold of tech support, BUT.. When they bring up my case, they say, "Our Technicians are working on the problem and they said it will be fixed with the next update of McAfee Antivirus +. Uhhhhh... Still waiting.. It works on my other two pc's but not my main one? If Im paying FULL price for a service I expect FULL service. Tracker Remover has not worked for 3 mos! Many MANY others have posted on mcafee's support community and those posts go back almost a year now. The higher tech support su-didly-ucks. After 3 year, and 10 months of being a subscriber to mcafee, its sad that in 2 months, i will completely be rid of it. I'm 100% sure Im not the only one not renewing. Good job on running off your customers.

Have been AAA member for almost 50 years and have used roadside service very sparingly. On Friday, July 5, our HiHy battery died. It took more than 5 hours for someone at AAA to let us know they were on the way. Asking IF we still needed help. Fortunately we did not need to wait outside in the oppressive/unbearable heat and humidity. We finally ended up being saved by friends. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AAA.

If I could rate zero, I would Flew into Kaunas, Lithuania after the storm today. The flight was delayed for obvious reasons so we arrived 3 hours late. Found Panek only to discover the rep had gone home. Called the number and the rep turned up in the Car we had rented. Sadly though, we were told that as we were over an hour late for our booking, the system had cancelled our reservation as is their policy which wasn’t written anywhere nor practiced by the other operators in the same office. When I told the rep that they had our flight details as we had booked through the Ryanair website, to which the rep had no excuse. My 2 year old daughter and 5 year old son were both tired and cold, being nearly 11pm local time in February The best he could do as he had only one car left was charge me €100 a day with insurance.My wife is Lithuanian so we were able to contact a family member to drive an hour to ‘rescue’ us.After reading the other reviews, think we got off lightly although I have yet to see if my refund has come back or they try to charge me any sort of ‘penalty’Avoid at all costs

Have tried to get a 2nd opinion on a heart procedure, 3 or 4 times. All I get it the run around and your not worth our time bit. Just to get an appointment one must be a appointment. In other words their ad program on TV AKA on the streets ad BS. Bet if I had lots of $$ things would be different. They always say "We do not have a waitlist" with a little to bad; so sad attitude thrown.

had power go out. printer is making me redo entire setup. What a fucin nightmare.most temperamental printer I have ever encountered.getting it reconnected to wifi, had to redo password. how did it forget password?took half an hour to even get it to find printer that was already previously setup.after owning Hp's my whole life this will be the last one. I want something simple to does not require 15 steps to get hooked up to run.

This should have zero stars it is so bad. I don't see how any college should be allowed to use this. And I'm not just a bad student taken out my problems on the materials. I am a straight A student and this is just awful. I have spent more time emailing instructors about glitches and issues than actually working on beneficial course work. This is the absolute worst material they could use.

Bought a 75 uj6470 LG TV on 1/17/18, contacted LG 2 days later about picture problems, they told me I would be taken care of., took 3 weeks to get the part, by the time they got the part and repaired the set it was too late to return the set. Now LG tell me theres noting they can do. The set is not fixed, and I can not return it. DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH LG
