Review Time
Generally this vault works ok and then infuriatingly, it doesn't. I can log in on my pc so that passwords will be automatically filled and then suddenly the app doesn't recognise my master password. I put the same pass word in multiple times and then, suddenly, it works. Or I leave it a few hours and come back and it works.I have tried to use their support function but you get the annoying message that as I'm not logged in, their support isn't available....but the reason I need support is that I can't log in!!!
If I could give zero stars for the LastPass non-existent support, I would. I bought a new phone and that completely shut it down - Authenticator app stopped working, the self-help guides are useless, nobody to call, no way to unlock access, endless loops of access not working - HATE it. My passwords are lost but I would rather deal with them manually than ever deal with LastPass again. Any other password manager must be better than this.
They used to be great. But its nearly impossible to cancel a subscription, and their enterprise software is clearly a money grabber instead of providing user value. Cancelling a user seat, requires raising a ticket and multiple conversations with their team to get it removed - not professional and would 100% not use again.
Blocks my logins to my own app, can't get in touch with support when app blocks login, this is the second time I have not been able to get into my own account because lastpass vlocks my own login on my own computer. Then I have to log in with a SECOND lastpass app I have to get support for the first account, because they have support locked down. Just absolute bullshit. I'm switching passwod apps after this last go around with them.
