Abysmal user experience and customer service!

For what should be a simple booking amendment, I ended up wasting lots of time on the website and on a phone call for close to 30 minutes, and that was after having to search high and low for an actual number to call. I needed to cancel 1 of my 2 nights at a London hotel which the app and website say is possible simply by amending my booking...not the case! When trying to do so on the app and website, it treats the change as a new booking and gives the message that there is no availability on the date requested. I did not want a new booking, simply to amend and cancel one of the days I already had booked. I then searched high and low on the site for a customer service number and ended up giving up and Googling it. As usual, I initially had to waste my time giving information to an AI chat bot, before low and behold being told I would need to speak to an actual human. I then preceded to be put in a hold for around 20 minutes before someone eventually answered. I gave the same details again to then be told I would need to hold whilst she looked up my details...10 minutes or more later she comes back on to say she had amended the booking which is great, but why did I have to go on a hold not knowing what was going on for 10 mins for that to happen?! Truly awful experience and I think I will now forgo my Genius score and book future trips through Expedia!

POP telecom

POP telecomMy father passed away and I closed the present broad band account which the contract had ended to find a cheaper alternative.Found POP telecom on comparethemarket. Filled in info.The following day my phone was continuously ringing which when I googled it showed it maybe a scam.I got an email from the same number to show it was POP telecom so I rang back.The chap said that the cooper connection to the property is disconnected and offered full fibre for more, and this would take 10 days to install. I said that’s no good I need it now for CCTV protection of the property. The sale guy said what ever broad band you have it will take 10 days.I said I only wanted a cheaper service on the cooper cable it was on. He insisted it would take 10 days and even reduced the price. Common sense is an invaluable tool, I said the last provider was happy to continue for another few months.So this means the cooper was not physically cut through and it was a few taps on the computer keyboard to reconnect my service. So I felt all he wanted was his commission, no compassion for my father’s passing and the lies.

I had purchased a Iphone 12 from FlipKart On Sunday, It arrived on 5th October as Primissed. What happened after this I lost my cool and my faith in flipkart for good. The delivery consultant comes checks the phone steps away from the door tampered and phone and telling me the phone has a panel coming out. I was in a meeting and could not attend him and my wife saw what he did yet she did not say anything to him. He said he can exchange the phone for 4000 max. Flipkart said if the phone has extensive damages maximum payout is 5300. So we send the the delivery consultant back what does he do? He said the phone was rejected by the consultant him. Thank fully I never had anything in life to make me this high. So I call him ask him after seeing my phone which I showed in Croma Showroom on Saturday who offered 16000 for my phone if I was buying a phone in exchange office. However I thought of waiting for sometime. So you are saying the store consultant was blind? I am blind who has the phone for past 4 years?So the situation continues Customer say the vendor can quote what wants it up to you to decide so yet again I was dejected come more. I raise a complain I find it as resolved I open it again. I give the reason to reopen it and you know what happened they called me. I was surprised they called. Then the flipkart consultant said I will raise a complaint I informed her I am at loss right now I have a damaged phone I do not have the ordered phone and have a extremely shameful experience. Nothing happens on complaint how will they help to resolve the issue.So the consultant said let check what I can do.. asked me if she can place call on hold. Place call on Hold and the call dropped. I mean wow. You know what happened to the complaint on the app?Its Resolved

Hi everyone I am a newbie to the whole email marketing thing and aweber is my first dabble with software like this.It does what it does.The reason for my review is to praise the boys and girls in the support department. I have asked some questions that I couldn't find answers to in google or Aweber help (which is very comprehensive) and the support staff have been patient and helpful.I have reported a couple of legitimate bugs/issues in the software which I am incredibly surprised havnt been picked up. It remains to be seen whether they are resolved.Big praise for Kayla H and Hector , Kayla sorted me out in a chat on a Sunday and Hector is fielding my bugsI have no problem giving the guys 5/5🏅🏅Robin 12/12/21

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. My money has now been tied up for about 2 months, with no signs of being released. They will not talk with me, they just tell me to keep waiting. How they are still in business I will never know, but I look forward to the day when consumers catch on and they are put out of business.

Target has STUPID and OVERLY RESTRICTIVE return policies on some items! Beware if you buy from them,

I bought a new, all-digital, PlayStation 5 from Target.com around black Friday. After getting it (which by the way, it came in nothing other than the product box, inside of a fairly large shipping box, zero packing paper/ packing peanuts, bubble wrap etc, so plenty of space for it to bounce around and potentially have gotten damaged in transit), over the next few weeks, this being the first PlayStation product I've had in a long time, it wasn't until after getting it and trying to buy a digital game to download onto my all-digital console, that I then found out that all PS5 digital games can ONLY be bought from the PlayStation store, where they are often much more expensive than the disc version of the same exact game. Because of this, I reached out recently on like 12/26 or 12/27 to talk with target customer support via chat support. I reached out because I wanted to exchange the product for the disc version of the PS5 and just pay the difference as the disc version is a little more expensive, or just do a return/ refund altogether. I found out during the chat, that apparently, this particular product can ONLY be returned in person, that there is no mail-in return option, which I didn't know but the chat support rep said that it says it on the product page and it's on their "return policy". I explained that I didn't know/see that, and I DON'T DRIVE, and that the nearest Target store to where I live is about an hour and a half away, at least, and I HAVE NO WAY TO GET THERE to return it in person. Anyway, they still gave me the customer support phone number and suggested it would still be worth calling as maybe they could do something since they can "do more" than chat support can. So I called phone support on (Sat. 12/28/24) and spoke with someone named Geo, who I explained and referenced that chat convo to, she reiterated what the chat person said and there was nothing she could do, so she said she was going to escalate me to their "Senior Specialist", once I got him, "Benjamin", he was zero help, sounded like he really didn't care (going "mmmhhmm" at multiple points type stuff - he couldn't care less), and reiterated that its "policy" and the only way to exchange or return this product would be in person to a Target store. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them where they also referenced their "policy" again, and said that they "consider the matter closed". Below was my response to them in the BBB complaint, they won't care though, they're a giant multi-million, if not BILLION dollar company who couldn't care less about a few thousand unhappy customers here or there (based of they're measley 1.5 or so star rating on here out of like a 3,500 or more reviews).My BBB response, to their response, to my compliant:I think it is highly unfair and unreasonable to expect someone who does not have a car or drivers license to somehow get to a store that is over and hour and a half away, somehow return a product that could just as well, and SHOULD BE ABLE TO, be mailed, simply because the business has a "policy" about it. These days businesses, doctors offices, agencies etc, seem to be ALL ABOUT their policies, as if having a "policy" about something is the END ALL BE ALL.I understand that Target is not willing to do anything about this and considers the matter closed so I'll just have to deal with that, I will however be additionally filing a compliant with the FTC, just for good measure, as this is unfair business practices, and I want Target to know I will NOT be buying ANYTHING from them in the future! This is a stupid and UNREASONABLE policy!I also want it on the record that on their response saying that this item has 30 DAYS to be returned is incorrect as I was told when I initially contacted customer support that it had until sometime in late January 2025 to be returned or exchanged.Either way, I wot be be able to and do not accept their response as satisfactory because it does not resolve the issue, it simply dismisses it.Additionally, I never received an email with a transcript of the initial contact I had with Target Chat support.Target is one of these big corporations that doesn't seem to care about being the LEAST BIT flexible with the people that GIVE BUSINESS to their company, and finding a way to accommodate someone who doesn't have the means to, for example, travel over 60 MILES JUST TO RETURN SOMETHING TO A STORE IN PERSON because that is the nearest one, and who is also disabled.Poor business practices, poor customer service, and overly restrictive and STUPID POLICIES on their part. I'll be sure to buy elsewhere in the future and to let friends and family know to avoid buying from them due to stuff like this.

Giving this a negative review for my friend.

In case anyone is wondering, me and friend always hang out on PlayStation.But anyway, the only thing my friend hates about Spotify is the advertisements. Every time an ad shows up, it only plays songs about 'people losing their loved ones' from a break-up.Pretty much 100% of the advertisements on Spotify are nothing but sad songs that just make us want to not help solve their problems. I know we're being rude, but I'm just gonna flat-out say this.Stop making these sad songs advertisements on Spotify. You're being absolute ghettos. We are not in your life, we can't help you with your problems, therefore, it's your fault for not being raised right.Also, don't get me started with the advertisements about gay people or something. I would say the most homophobic things possible, but since I can't risk getting "canceled" because people's egos are so fragile, I think I'll keep them to myself.

For the most part, Windows software works. I use the Windows VM solely for work. It would be nice to have mainstream Linux options as the current selections are rather limited (i.e. please add Linux Mint Cinnamon).

I really like Designmodo’s Postcards product, which makes things easier regarding both design and content in emails. The fact that it offers a lot of ready-made templates makes my work much easier. I also want to mention its drag&drop editor, which allows me to easily find all the modules I want when creating my own template from scratch. It is very easy to use and has all the modules needed to create an effective email newsletter. It is also possible to customize all of them. Plus, Postcards is a perfect solution for those who know how much of a pain in the neck the dark mode on devices can be in email marketing. You don’t have to worry about dark mode when you use Postcards.

Why did you get rid of phone support

Why did you get rid of phone support? The one thing a customer wants from their payment processor is accessible support at any given moment. This is important to every business. They cheaped out on phone support.Who is paying who? How are you not accessible​? Why should I even continue to use this service?Update: I had a new issue and the lack of phone support is just absolutely​ awful. My merchant is going on a 4th day of not being able to process any payment at all and they have not even properly addressed my issue. This is terrible i am going to have to look for a new company​ and waste money on new integration because they got rid of their phone, want to keep processing fees even on refunds, but don't provide any service for what you are paying them. FOUR DAYS!
