Lastpass is great tool but suddenly they no longer support non-paying members. Now I'm not able to access my lastpass account which I have for 3 years.

The only positive thing is the…

The only positive thing is the Generator, and sadly everything else has been left to dust. I've used Premium for years, and I can't defend using the free- or Premium any longer. Things like 'Copy password' only works 50 % of the time, if at all. The autocomplete is not responsive, it asks to auto-fill when you don't want it, and when you do, it's not there. It will even try to auto-fill things like address into card information fields and whatnot.

Do not trust Lastpass for your accounts…

Do not trust Lastpass for your accounts password. Scam, irresponsible, no support at all. They will reply and leave you hanging. No chance in recovering your account even though you know your master password if something wrong happens to lastpass authenticator.

Customer support is extremely bad

Customer support is extremely bad. They are just sending me articles that do not solve my problem and closing the case.I changed my phone and I do not remember my master key, I can access the app in my old phone by faceID, but I cannot do it in my new one, cannot also renew the master key without having the master key (even having a security setting called account recovery with faceID activated, that apparently does not work).I have MFA through an authentication app, the alternatives they gave me do not work, and the last one is terrible: reset the account and lose all my keys.The experience is terrible.

Account not recognised !

My account is now not recognised. I am unable to log in with around 100 password saved with them. I can’t delete my account and can’t get in. Dont use them. Customer service is zero

Bad customer service would be an improvement over NO customer service

If you're locked out of your account by accident, good luck getting ahold of customer service. They don't make that available. No number, not chat, nothing.

Dreadful

Locked out of LastPass. Support team keep asking the same questions and applying the same solutions which are not working. Absolutely hopeless. Fifteen days and now they have stopped communicating. Don't go near them.

no access to my teams account no customer service response

I am not able to log into my account. There is an error running on the system. I am paying for teams account my employee reach out to them and ask for assistance. No response to date. I reach out to sales, no response.I don’t know what to do so I decided now to request a refund from the bank hopefully that will make them think twice how they treat the customers.Stay away them is a really terrible service here and I’ve been struggling with them for years now now it’s Time to move away from them.

Lastpass charged $58 after my…

Lastpass charged $58 after my subscription was ended. I spent months talking with their customer support, but they are just toying with you, no refund received. What makes it more terrible is that they managed to overcharge an old empty bank account with high overcharge fees. I have been paying for LP Family for several years, and I thought they were a good company. You have been warned!

Pick a different password manager

Pick a different password manager.Do not trust this site to keep your data safe.I was just now trying to clean up some of the sites in my vault. As I am trying to delete an item, it asks for my master password (which is fair I guess) but when I finish typing it and press enter, it moves a COMPLETELTY DIFFERENT ITEM to a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FOLDER and the item I tried to delete remains in my vault. How in the world am I supposed to trust that anything I do has the desired effect?There is a "log-out after X minutes of inactivity" which hasn't worked for months. How is something as essential as this overlooked?Also, it's just generally a bad user experience.
