I'm sure it would be easier to contact the Pope that this organisation. I've had a paid premium membership for a few years now and decided to change my master password and now can't seem to get it right. The Recovery Process doesn't work and I've now been trying to get help for 17 days with no success.
Absolutely useless, keep releasing untested software that locks up computer, this time URL encryption last time forcing change to Master Pasword every day. Each time no option to avoid 'change' When will they learn to rollback untested software. Cannot trust them to provide service. Looking to migrate
I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel TWO accounts for which I have been billed for at least 2 years. Support is impossible to reach; I just keep getting into a loop. If you can't log in, you are totally screwed with this company. Meanwhile, the charges keep racking up.
I have been a paid up member of last pass for years Like others have stated, the support is bad. As a paying member you really can't get any access to support. And the biggest problem is if you can't get logged in, then you can't get any support. That is because in their wisdom, they will not put you through to human support staff , unless you are logged in. And of course if you can't get logged in, then obviously there is no support!! How stupid is that?I've been waiting all day for a reply, as I cannot get logged in, and I am stuck in an endless loop of authentication, text messages, and emails. Over and over and over and getting nowhere.It did work very well for years, but I do not see why we should be paying for the service, with next to no support available. If you are going to take subscriptions from people, then you have to back it up with robust support!
Lastpass was my goto security product for years - it is totally worthless now as have to enter master password several times every day and it is slow even totally Iffy at times (just not working).They also made it hard to stop getting recurring charges when you are totally fed up with this once good NOW TRASH product.
I’ve been a LastPass user for years, but recently, it’s been nothing but frustration. They keep charging me even after I cancelled my subscription, and they hide the option to cancel, making it feel intentional. It honestly seems like they're desperately clinging to these unethical tactics to stay afloat. It’s a shame to see a company that once had a good product fall so far, with data leaks and horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!
