Bough a new AIO PC costing £1,200 and within a few days the internal speakers stopped working. Spent over 3 hours on the phone to Dell technical support who started to try and get me to do the same things as a couple hours ago. At that point I said I’m done and no!They arranged for an engineer to come out and fix the issue and a few days later got a text to say they were coming today between 9am-1pm. I waited home all day and no one turned up so I phoned to say where are you and it turns out they didn’t have any replacement speakers and so were never planning on coming!My experience with Dell has been dreadful and would never buy anything from them again!
