I called Bitdefender SUPPORT because the Mobile Security App Was NOT SCANNING Connections. Not because of something on BITDEFENDER’s end, but what was happening to my phone on my end. It caused the Mobile Security to NOT WORK PROPERLY. The SUPPORT TEAM RECOMMENDED for me to get the Mobile Security APP Uninstalled , then on the BITDEFENDER CENTRAL APP to delete the device in question, and then REINSTALL THE MOBILE SECURITY APP, not forgetting to include ALL PERMISSIONS! I did EXACTLY as I was instructed AND it WORKED! I got my SCANNED CONNECTIONS BACK on BOTH my PHONES in question! I’ve been with BITDEFENDER since Spring of 2022. I’ve not been disappointed and trust to continue with their EXCELLENT platform for a LONG time ! It IS A PLEASURE doing business with them. They are worth EVERY PENNEY!
Had problems with a key and contacted the support team right away. The first support agent couldn't do much since the key was region locked so I had to contact the indian support team and I must say they were extremely fast at resolving the problem and the support agent was very professional and kind so I'd definitely recommend buying bitdefender.
cynical upgrade trap.. Install bitdefender and you get b.d. VPN too. It diverts ALL of your internet traffic through it with a small free Mb allowance included. This is of course quickly used up and when it is, in my case at least, stopped all internet from working! Had to contact customer support and quickly came up with the solution (been there before perhaps?!). The solution is via the CMD prompt and a series of things have to be typed in (DOS level). This is going to be challenging or new for quite a lot of people and I thinks its meant to be that way to get another £30 subscription out of you.That ferrari F1 sponsorship doesn't come cheap !
