Okay this is kinda frustrating to be honest all other emails software accepted my list without any issues. You can cancel my account because it’s gonna take too long to add all my subscribers manually. I’ve total wasted my money smh. I haven’t had to chance to use this platform due your poor email auto importer. I’m so sorry I’ve paid for this software

Chess.com is a great app and has lots of great qualities although there are some problems that forced my overall rating to be lower. My brother and I play a lot of chess online and have always worked together to build our skill levels offline (my rating is roughly 1300 and his is about 1350 usually). A great way to learn on chess.com is completing the daily puzzles which are supplied based on your skill set.However, the negative experience that I in particular had with this platform is the customer service. Unfortunately my brothers account was closed due to him cheating on two games and his account was banned without warning. He understood his wrongs and emailed to apologize, received an online form to fill out but he had some account questions that he wanted to ask prior to filling out the form and he never received an answer. He sent a follow up and I also reached out on my own to inquire about his email(s). About a week after his account closure my account was also closed. I was shocked. Since that day I had only played the computer bots and completed the daily puzzles - I read online that it would be because of our online address? (I’m not great with understanding how technology works). This made me pretty upset as I had online friends from around the world that I would connect with and it was stopped. I attempted to reach out but I never received an email back about this issue either. I also reached out with questions regarding getting a membership prior to all of this happening to the support staff but I never received any information back. Though me and my brother both have accounts on Lichess, I would like to be able to still have an account on chess.com for the features that it has. I am open to having a conversation with any contact support staff members. In terms of my brother’s account, he would like access to an account also but has said he wants to talk to the support team first about the questions he sent - I don’t know them specifically so it would have to go through him. I understand the integrity of the game is of importance but some communication is also important. I believe if a platform is going to control account accesses they should also be available for communication. I am not sure if this is from design or if there is a lack of support staff but with the increased number of players they should be able to hire more employees for solely contact support. Since my account remains closed but my information can still be accessed without my consent I may have to take a legal approach since there is no answer from the support team. This is not something I would like to do but the absence of communication is not justifiable under the GDPR requirements.Thank you.

Would give no stars if able.I ordered a pair of leggings which I then returned having tried on once, in the original packaging with labels in tact . They refused the return which when I challenged over, they said was down to the product being returned dirty and worn!! I videoed opening the package back from them, clearly showing the item was clean(inside and out), unworn and with the labels on, sent it back to them on the WhatsApp chat I had open with them and got the following response.“ I apologize for the inconvenience caused, however, after the assessment at the warehouse, I am unable to assist further.”No interest at all, just took my money and refused to give it back.

Just a scam company hosting scam products.How they get away with it is nothing short of baffling.If the project doesn't deliver the product as promised Kickstarter turn a blind eye and don't want to help.Perhaps if they did a better job of identifying people, credit scores and some sort of collateral they could stop things like this happening.Ruined the whole idea for startups who are actually genuine!!

Ordered 4 items. Only received 2. Looked online and saw they had split the delivery into two. Ok I think no big deal the other stuff will arrive soon...Except it didn't . Soon after just refunded it saying it couldn't be delivered. The email saying this was quite acusoistory saying that It was likely I had given them the wrong or incomplete address but stopped just short of directly blaming me for it, but given it was the same order which Amazon decided to split into two and the first half arrived with no issues.... clearly their problem.One of the two items is now no longer in stock and the other is in stock but more expensive than it was before making it not worth re-ordering..Would not use Amazon jp again unless I really couldn't find something somewhere else, too much risk of not getting what you ordered or having them "fail" to deliver only to have the same item be listed again for a higher price. Very shady

One of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. I never received my order, and despite proof from the delivery company confirming it was sent to the wrong address, they refused a refund. Instead, they demanded an unnecessary stamped document — something unheard of in the UK where email confirmation is standard.This felt like a deliberate excuse to avoid refunding me. They’ve effectively stolen my money and shown zero accountability. Avoid this company — they offer no protection, no support, and no integrity. I’m deleting my account and will never return.

Easy to use. Integrates nicely with HubSpot. The threading or logic jump is a great feature that we use all the time. As a company with various needs for forms - from surveys to enrollment forms Typeform has met or surpassed most of our needs. The one thing i would like to see updated is the scoring system they have implemented.

Travelled to Rochester to get to the bottom of a "chest mass" found on a recent MRI. After arranging for the 2 week stay at Mayo I went in for the initial appointment and saw Oliver Tobin. During the initial appointment he asked what brought me in, and I told him about the chest mass. He immediately told me "it's nothing, similar to a vericose vein". This was a shocking relief for me and I was ecstatic that I wouldn't need surgery. After being told that I didn't have a tumor, all other appointments were cancelled, I had an appointment with a thoracic surgeon and an MRI for the next day that were cancelled.After the two weeks of bumming around Rochester with nothing to do, I went to the follow up appointment the day before I was to fly back to Anchorage. At this appointment I asked Oliver what I should say to my neurologist at home that misdiagnosed this chest mass, at this point he looked at the MRI for the first time and discovered that I did have a mass that was clearly visible on MRI and written about in the accompanying report. I went home the next day after wasting thousands of dollars on flights, rental car, and hotel. The fact that Oliver Tobin didn't even glance at any medical records I brought him seemed grossly negligent to me. I called Mayo clinic patient relations trying to get some reimbursement for the expenses for this utterly useless and frustrating trip and was denied anything because Oliver lied to them about the reason for my appointment in the first place.I wouldn't recommend the mayo clinic for anything at this point. Also, Oliver Tobin should not be trusted to see ANY patients period! With the kind of negligent, and utterly lazy performance he should be stripped of his license.

Paid for express delivery on Sunday by Paack, another worthless company, did not delivered and now states delivery on Wednesday - 3 days later!!!!!!! Amazon customer service is worst ever, they refer to the seller but I paid Amazon and not the seller!!!!! For contacting the seller in somewhere in obscure Asia I would have bought it there directly. When asked for refund of express delivery that it was not complied by far not, they can not refund but only as a gift card making be obligated to buy again again at this incompetent company… never ever and never will buy at Amazon.es. Worst customer service they could not even provide me with the paack contacts in PT, worst follow up on deliveries… they get your money, promises that do not keep and totally do not care about it!!!! Congratulations Jeff Bezos being rich on my account!!!

I only needed a quick, easy survey for one-time event participants and chose to use the free plan. I kept the survey questions within the free guidelines, only to find out that to see all the survey results, I would need to upgrade to an expensive annual plan. There is no option to pay to view only the results of my one-time survey or pay for one month to get what I need and then cancel. The annual plans require pre-payment for an entire year. This is an absolutely deceptive business practice!

I purchased MLB KC Royals tickets back in December as a Christmas Gift. SeatGeek confirmed the tickets and said "We will let you know when the tickets are available." It's 3 months later, and Opening Day which the tickets are for is Thursday, and I don't have any tickets. I have tried to contact SeatGeek, however they haven't responded via their chat link, so I searched up a phone number. I found one, and the individual ended up just hanging up on me after telling me the tickets aren't "activated" yet, then he asked me to install a Remote Desktop app to access my phone in order to "help." I told him I wouldn't be doing that, and he hung up on me. Not sure he was even SeatGeek. Really Poor Customer Service. They've got my money, and I have no tickets. Don't buy tickets through SeatGeek.Update: after installing 2 different apps, which shouldn't be necessary, I finally have tickets, however I don't think that if I hadn't been proactive I would've had tickets delivered. I won't buy tickets from this company again.
