I am deeply dissatisfied with Facebook’s handling of my payout accounts and the linking of Ads on Reels, Stars, and the Performance Bonus Program to my personal page tax information. Despite following every instruction and complying with all requests, I am stuck in an endless cycle of automated replies and unresolved issues.Here’s a summary of my experience:I was initially told to complete and submit the FW8BEN form. I did this accurately and promptly.Afterward, I was asked to fill out a Transfer Request Form. Again, I comp**** and submitted it correctly.Despite these efforts, my issue remains unresolved. Instead, I keep receiving conflicting instructions, and no one seems to know how to fix the problem.Over the course of this ordeal, I have interacted with several support representatives, including George, Rachel, Adam, Vinod, and Deepesh. While they have been polite, they’ve provided no meaningful solutions. Every time I think I’m making progress, I am sent back to square one.It is incredibly frustrating to be passed around from one representative to another with no escalation process or accountability. I’ve done everything asked of me, yet Facebook Support appears to lack the capability or willingness to resolve this matter.This issue is impacting my ability to utilize the platforms’ monetization features effectively. I need a resolution, and I urge Facebook to assign this case to a higher-level specialist who can genuinely assist.

This is the worst customer service. I cancel my account received my last bill and you are hold 307 dollars hostage. You want your money on time, so do I. No wonder people are leaving and you are down to a 1 star review on Google. You don't care about anything. You lost me as a long time customer because you over charge for inadequate service and poor customer service. Mail me my check or credit my bank account. There is no reason for you to hold onto my funds that paid in good faith to keep my bill in good standing. It's a sorry state when a billion dollar company can't do the same.

Cannot recommend using this excellent software tool to create videos or photo books highly enough. Super easy, beautiful results and best of all it's completely free to use. Given the tough financial times we find ourselves in, for a company to offer such a fantastic service for free is fantastic. Used it to create a milestone Birthday video for my dad who doesn't like a fuss or presents, etc. But this was the best present he'd had. A beautiful walk down memory lane, lots of heartfelt video tributes from family across the world. It was beautiful. Cannot thank this company enough for helping to add magic and sparkle to the day.

I stopped using McAfee a couple of years ago, when I find out I wasn’t as secure as I wanted to be also it kept blocking me from getting from basic websites I use on a daily, how every couple of weeks I get bombarded with scam email from whoever McAfee have sold my information off to, all trying to get me to reuse it, this is disgusting behaviour from a company who deals with Internet security

Absolutely appalling customer service. Once you have joined it's impossible to contact them. I was promised replacement cards in February, but have never received them. Despite trying to contact them by phone (they are always busy with other customers, so inordinate wait times), and emailing (holding response only), I can't get hold of anyone! We have been members for a few years, but now want to cancel due to the non-existent customer service and the fact that at almost all properties dogs are not allowed in the formal gardens. Come on Natinal Trust, surely if Chatsworth House and other non-NT properties allow dogs on leads in all outside areas, why can't you? You are not dog friendly as you state, why should I pay a membership fee, which covers all areas when I can't use them if I have a dog?

This company is absolutely horrible!They charge crazy amount of fees and mlney for everything.I'm on a ruby plan and my card stopped working.I have asked if they could replace it since it stopped working without me doing anything and they asked me £50 for that!!Imagine £50 ONLY to get a card replacement which was not even my fault. Either way is just unbelievable to ask £50 for a card replacement!I will take all my faund out and will never dral with them anymore!Please STAY AWAY!
