Very poor commercial website. Just an example, I received today a mail from academia.edu entitled 'Congratulations on your 3370th Mention! ResearchGate indicates today that I have 6,510 citations, see my page on ResearchGate. academia.edu is only to make money by inciting people to pay to see who cited you (free and up-dated everyday on ResearchGate including for papers in press), and with wrong quotations: I am using academia.edu to get some information on Egyptian archaeology. I permanently receive messages telling me that some Egyptian archaeologists cited me, which is fully wrong. I am a retired scientist in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Didier Attaix

No heating since Xmas Day this is the 3rd time since we moved in last September that their rubbish heat link has packed in! I have a 9 year old asthmatic Son & i have had a pneumonia this month yet when my partner called them this morning they said next Monday before we can get to you - this company should be stopped from trading the products they sell are a genuine health risk!

I placed an order for the Lego Fortnite Battle bus on the 27th November. I was told that the item was currently out of stock but would be back in stock and dispatched 14th Decembe r.As the 14th December approached I sent Lego several emails and eventually received a patronising response apologising stating the item would not be in stock until January 25.As the item is a Christmas present I then purchased this £89.99 toy from a buy/sell website for £153!!!15th December I emailed Lego asking them to cancel the orderToday, 18th December, Lego have just sent me an email saying"great news, your order is being processed and is in our warehouse"I want to scream.....I have now paid double what the item should have been due to this worldwide brands poor communication, not reading return emails and poor planning, I now have to arrange for the return of the item in order to get my refund.It is Christmas day soon not April fools day isn't it?This review would be a minus if allowed

CNN only reports it’s opinions and refuses to report the news. It’s very obvious that they are the most biased network on TV and it’s why so many people stopped watching them. Their programming is so dull because of their absolute hatred for the president. We the people just want to see the news like it used to be and we don’t care about your opinions. I miss the old CNN that used to be the best but now they pushed me to Fox where I don’t agree with everything they say but their programming is truthful and fun. CNN programming is so doom and gloom. It’s boring!

This music platform helps me to keep myself awake especially that I'm working from home. Most of the playlists have the songs that suits my taste. But sometimes there are bugs and minor issues. I'm currently logging in using my Facebook account. I'll try to avail Premium soon to get rid of ads.

Spotify disabled my account for "suspicious activity" without notification or explanation. After failed log in attempts and getting "account does not exist" messages I contacted customer service and was informed the account had been disabled for "suspicious activity" but could not tell me what "suspicious activity" I had engaged in. I did not at any time, receive a notice my account was disabled. Yet Spotify has continued to charge me for Premium Service. I have cancelled my Spotify subscription.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I downloaded a free 7 day trial of the app, the app wasn't quite what I thought, so I cancelled my subscription the same say and deleted the app. Unbeknown to me, I had been charged for two differing subscriptions (standard and pro) and these had been billed to my phone bill, so I didn't see them until nearly a month later. I never actually used anything and they have charged me over £80 and refuse to refund me. Google play won't help as it is over their timeline, but I wasnt aware of the charges in time. Very angry customer and will be taking this further.

Tried to cancel my monthly subscription two months ago.To keep me as a customer they offered me a 50% discount off the fee going forward, which I accepted.They gave me one month of the discount, and then without asking or verifying with me, they charged my credit card the following month for the full amount, which is non refundable.Extremely dishonest business practices.Furthermore the quality of the course materials is quite poor.
