I called Bitdefender SUPPORT because the Mobile Security App Was NOT SCANNING Connections. Not because of something on BITDEFENDER’s end, but what was happening to my phone on my end. It caused the Mobile Security to NOT WORK PROPERLY. The SUPPORT TEAM RECOMMENDED for me to get the Mobile Security APP Uninstalled , then on the BITDEFENDER CENTRAL APP to delete the device in question, and then REINSTALL THE MOBILE SECURITY APP, not forgetting to include ALL PERMISSIONS! I did EXACTLY as I was instructed AND it WORKED! I got my SCANNED CONNECTIONS BACK on BOTH my PHONES in question! I’ve been with BITDEFENDER since Spring of 2022. I’ve not been disappointed and trust to continue with their EXCELLENT platform for a LONG time ! It IS A PLEASURE doing business with them. They are worth EVERY PENNEY!
