Be prepared to wait up to 3 hours to get someone on the phone, and then when they help you they will nicely SELL you an outdated phone or their Air internet service that looks like a toy and cannot be setup with customer support only available during business hours. Good luck with tech support. Don't get suckered into their selling tactics. I am on the phone now waiting again. The worst customer service.

Terrible. False advertising. I literally watched a video showing usage which did EXACTLY what I wanted to do. Then when I signed up, I found not only was this not available, it's never been available on any of the subscriptions. 2 hours on live chat and they had no clue what I was going on about. I described the situation to them repeatedly and what I wanted to do. They kept trying to upsell another version to me. Just to make sure, I opened two live chats and asked each the same question. Both advisors gave me completely different answers to everything, but one thing was constant - the attempt to get me to upgrade. Have cancelled and requested a refund. God only knows if that will come through.

I have had to call Nest Customer Service over eight times in three months. My system will not turn off, will not get to temperature and my electric bill was over $700. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. ESPECIALLY ADRIANNA AND JOE.I have been hung up on, transferred and never helped.DO NOT BUY!!]
Review of aliexpress
This company is based in China and it’s a scam! Like many others I received goods that were not as described and they refused a refund or return even though their returns policy clearly states they offer it! When I went though PayPal to get a return I had to pay £26 return postage then they claimed they hadn’t received the item! I then lost the money on my products plus the postage! The banktold me they never collect the goods and just refuse them at customs so no one ever gets their refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. The goods are poor quality and their customer service is abysmal. Their returns service is non existent.

Horrid experience. Avoid at all costs.I signed up for a paid trial and couldn't find anywhere to cancel online. I found buried in the FAQs a note that says you have to call them. Once on the phone, I had t spend 5 minutes working through auto prompts and then wait on hold for 30 more minutes to speak to someone. This is obviously a deliberate tactic to make it "too hard" to cancel. This is absurd.

We have cancelled our family membership of over 20yearsWe can see the way the NT is going. Not only are they dulling down the educational experience of their buildings. Removing furniture and information in an attempt to bring more people in that they perceive are not interested in being educated BUTThey have also now decided to discriminate against women by swapping women’s toilets for gender neutral toilets. Men’s and disabled toilets still remain. Only at one property so far, but it’s just the beginning of the end for women’s safety in NT properties. So we’re done. Cancelled. We re not putting our daughters, our mums or myself at risk. Not to mention the wee all over the toilet seats, door handles and floor...disgusting, disgraceful behaviour by what used to be a national treasure

Lyft has a promotion for new drivers sign on bonus $800. I tried to sign on and they chose the wrong region for me to drive in. I contacted Customer Service and told them I do not live in this region and needs to be switched and they said if I switch my region, I lose my $800 promotion. It’s a big scam. They got going on to not pay out New drivers.

Bought a laptop earlier this year. It broke. I returned it. Refund received. They resold me laptop failing to wipe my data and it has been reused to buy things on the web such as honey and software products. Phoned customer service who were obtuse and refused to put me through to a manager. "Managers don't accept calls".

Review of jotform
JotForm is an excellent platform for creating forms quickly and easily. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, and the customization options are great. There are plenty of templates to choose from, and I love the integrations with tools like Google Sheets and PayPal.It’s perfect for everything from simple contact forms to more complex surveys. Customer support is also helpful and responsive. Highly recommend it for anyone needing to create forms!

Far too many pop-up advertsEvery day and, seemingly every couple of hours, there another "opportunity" to spend more money with Avast. "This isn't secure... that isn't secure... spend, spend, spend... or the baddies will get you!" It used to be that anti-virus software had one job to do: protect the client and his/her computer. Now it's more like Mafia fire insurance, or protection money. The baddies may not hold you to ransom, but Avast will! I've been using Avast since 2003 and I trust it to do a good job of preventing virus infection - but I wish they had a reasonable tarrif scheme which was upfront rather than: "Just another $20 here, sir, and you'll be safe... just another $30 here, sir, and you'll be safe...". Just provide a bullet proof service for a decent sum of money. Stop constantly up-selling. Because, the truth is, if your client's aren't protected from the very start, and you just incrementally increase your prices, then you aren't really serving the customer's needs, your are serving your own.
