I use Bitdefender products across various devices. They are all easy to install, seem to be effective and are well supported in terms of updates etc. Product support have always been effective and helpful in resolving any issues that arise. I have used them for several years and plan to continue doing so.
Been using Bitdefender for a year now and have been happy with them. However, today I have searched the bitdefender resources over and over for how to contact someone to talk to on a question. No luck. My question, Bitdefender is sending me a Critical Notification "Suspicious Connection blocked" when I go to log into my bank's website. Yet, I am still able to continue and log-in. How do I get through if it was blocked?
I absolutely love this app! Been using It for a year now. Its UI and design Is great and simple to navigate. Even the free version is great! (Like actually) The free version saved me from so many scam webpages and even a command prompt bat file.It has a free 30 day trial and I reccomend this app over every single other Antivirus app. Especially since you are getting high protection without paying a cent. Its low on my cpu only using about 0.3 - 0.8% and only about 300 RAM. Its good for low end PCs too! Overall this app Is great and I give it 5 stars
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM!!! Don't install or click any links. It will never leave you alone adn you will have to hire a programming proffessional to get rid of it if you don't have a degree. Constant popups regardless of what you are doing on your screen. Always stays on top and it's not even an urgent or imortant popup. Can't even understand how this is an option today, why would you contantly use popups on folks screens, i mean, they've already bought your disgusting program. This is truly terrible behaivior how ever you look at it. I can't belive this is how they work in the year we live in. Scary as hell.

Despite several attempts to make it work, I consistently encounter issues that hinder its usability. As a result, I find myself not utilizing this feature, essentially paying for a service that adds no value to my cybersecurity needs.Moreover, it is disheartening to discover that other products in the market, which come at a fraction of the cost, outperform Bitdefender in various aspects. This raises questions about the overall competitiveness of Bitdefender in the current cybersecurity landscape.In light of these concerns, I urge Bitdefender to reconsider its pricing strategy and address the functionality issues, especially with the VPN service. It is essential for customers to feel that they are receiving value for their investment, and at the moment, Bitdefender falls short of meeting these expectations.I believe that constructive criticism is crucial for improvement, and I hope this feedback contributes to the ongoing enhancement of your products and services. I look forward to seeing positive changes that would make Bitdefender a more compelling choice in the highly competitive cybersecurity market.
