I would like to create an account on Facebook but it doesn't work. Every account that I create I get immediately deleted from Facebook with the comment I would do this to avoid any penalties from Facebook. How should I do something on Facebook if I don't even have an account?!?! And not only that, the accounts for ALL other family members in my household, were also deleted! I can live with it but for the other members in this household, I'm really sorry. I would like to give minus 5 stars

1. Called Agoda on 12 Dec to update the email address of my platinum account as there was no option to do it through my own account. Agoda claimed to have done it during the phone call, then assured me that the email address has been updated and confirmed that I can login to my Agoda platinum account with the updated email address, but it turned out to be a bronze account with no booking history. Agoda lied to me.2. Called Agoda again immediately to ask about this, and was assured by Agoda that the account is a platinum account and it takes up to 24 hours for the account to be updated from bronze to platinum with all of my booking history. Agoda assured me that I could go ahead and make a new booking then and I would enjoy platinum privileges, including a cheaper rate. To date, after a year, the Agoda account is still a bronze account with no booking history, proving that it was never a platinum account. Agoda lied to me again, and scammed me into making a more costly booking with a bronze account instead of my platinum account which would have been cheaper.3. Since it had been more than 24 hours and the Agoda account was still a bronze account with no booking history, I wrote in to Agoda. Agoda replied on 16 Dec that the account would undergo a change and it takes approximately one week to complete. So Agoda frivolously changed its own timeline from 24 hours to one week just like that, lying again and again with repeated false claims. Regardless of 24 hours or one week, it has been weeks and the issue remains so Agoda has simply been lying the entire time.4. As the issue remained unresolved given Agoda's numerous lies, I called in to Agoda on 28 Dec to highlight three issues: (a) update my Agoda account email address; (b) reinstate my platinum status with all my booking history to the updated Agoda account; and (c) resolve the scam booking and rectify Agoda's repeated lies that misled me into making a new booking at a more expensive rate without my platinum privileges. The Agoda service agent did not resolve (a) and (b), and told me that he couldn't do anything about (c) as it was made under the bronze Agoda account and I was calling about the platinum Agoda account. He told me he needed the booking ID of the new booking and couldn't retrieve it since he only had access to the old Agoda account. I then provided a very simple solution - I would provide him with the booking ID that he claimed he needed. He then told me that he couldn't do anything even with the booking ID. So why did he lie that he needed the booking ID? When I could provide him with the information that he claimed he needed, he then changed his tack and said nothing could be done? More lies from Agoda. I then asked him how Agoda would resolve (c). He did not reply and simply hung up the phone on me. So Agoda was lying again and this time round, hung up the phone abruptly midway through the call while refusing to resolve any of its issues. All this time, (a) and (b) remained unresolved too.In short, Agoda has been lying to me repeatedly, scammed me, and refuses to resolve its issues while hanging up on me abruptly and refusing to reply my emails too. Avoid at all cost!

Got sold the wrong tickets, we went to Northwich Memorial Hall for the Charlatans gig to be turned away as we found out what we thought were gig tickets were actually tickets for a venue in Manchester to watch the gig on a large screen, wasn’t what we thought we had bought so ended up returning home without seeing the band either way, very disappointed, I obviously got diverted from the Songkick site to buy the wrong tickets, gutted absolutely gutted, bought tickets from songkick quite a few times, this never happened before ??????

Bought a HP laptop just over two months ago. Has has a fault since just after a month. Been sent to HP twice for repair and twice sent back with same fault. Last repair claimed nothing wrong even though evidence sent. Now trying to complain a number of times and get nowhere. They last advised it would be taken a third time and then the did not collect and the this was moved to the next business day but appears they are not doing this either. Last computer I will purchase from them.

Been using Coinbase base for a while now. Now, all of a sudden, my account frozen... they said security reason but would not explain. Then support staff said I used multiple accounts, and 2 with same email....which is not true. I have only 1 account. Now funds frozen for 2 months. I have done nothing wrong. They lie every time when as to when I will be able to trade again or withdraw. They pretend that my account is closed when in support chat with agent, then I prove to them it is not with screen shots....then agent leaves the chat. Check reddit site regarding theft of customer's money... is rampant. I would highly recommend removing your assets NOW, before it is too late and you become a victim as well. There is a mention of a class action law suit in the reddits posts. Good luck if you are still using Coinbase. I don't expect my funds to still be there in 2 months. You should ALL screen shot all aspects of your account with your email showing. And download your activity every week, updated... so they cannot claim the account has been closed. I thought I could trust Coinbase. Good luck.
