Amazon is still my best store for…

Amazon is still my best store for buying stuff online. The staff on the platform are usually willing to help even when some sellers refuse to give any response. Therefore, for a happy shopping experience, you just need to be careful because there are some bad sellers hiding on Amazon. But that's okay because I usually use the reviews left by others to determine whether to buy a product or not. Can't tell you how much stress that has saved me.

Absolutely awful experience buying a tv. Ceva logistics "loses" it then that's when I find out nobody at amazon customer service can actually help you. Just copy and paste generic answers... Do not buy anything large from them.

I ordered a item and they sent the wrong thing, is there a way to contact them, no you have to go through there auto generated drivel and there is nothing there to help. I have already started NOT shopping through them. I find it better to go to the vendor directly, but I thought for convenience this time and again they failed to deliver no pun intended. I have also found that Amazon can be quite more expensive than the vendor.

Poineer of fastest shipping, easy return and genuine customer reviews

Buying online is always challenging from the aspect that you can't see and touch the product until and after you have paid for it and it is delivered at your door. However, Amazon's customer service and return policy completely bridges this gap. First of all the product reviews and rating give you an upfront idea on the reliability of the product. Finally, once you have it and it doesn't meet your expectation, it is very easy to return it back for full refund. I wish they had longer return policy than 30 days as there has been time the the product gave up after couple of months and you are at the mercy of the manufacturer.

I bought a Living Basics espresso…

I bought a Living Basics espresso maker. It arrived a few days later than suggested. When I received it, the instructions were poor and hard to understand. Finally figured it out but the coffee it made was thin, and frankly lousy. I asked Amazon for a refund. They said 'not our problem' and referred me to the supplier. Living Basics offered me a lousy partial refund, and I was to assume costs of return shipping, and costs of shipping out to me originally. So the net refund wasn't promised, and was going to be less that half of the price I paid. Contacted Amazon, and they didn't respond at all. Nothing! It's sitting here, ready to, packaged etc. But I have no instructions from anyone that includes a refund. I'll use Costco or London Drugs next time. Amazon is not worth the trouble when they won't even answer an email.

Do not use! Avoid at all costs!!

I have bought quite a few things off amazon and they are very hit and miss. Both with quality, Customer service and not to mention their couriers. I have either had my items delivered and them not turn up, turn up damaged or thrown over my hack gate or left outside for people to steal and when this has happened I have been in, I am in majority of the time since I work from home but yet nobody has knocked! Then I get an email saying its been delivered! Half the time it hasn't or for all I know its been robbed. I am dealing with a situation atm where I bought a motherboard and kitten biscuits, They didnt turn up but again saying they have but the woman cant find anything saying that its been delivered even though it says it has. Again not got the product. No refund or replacement given or help even! I was just told to wait 24 hours which I did and now they are saying wait 3 days to investigate. Ive paid for these with my laybuy account and this is going to put my account in default and add a late charge! So not only are they messing me about but they are causing me unnecessary trouble!! Im also still waiting for my £120 refund for my pure white large rug that turned up open, ripped and beyond usable. It was rotten! Again no refund given and its been over a year for this one!! Company was contacted, no resolve, Promised by amazon if I don't get a refund from the company they will issue it automatically and take it off the company themselves, This was not done! Going to take this and my current case to ombudsman. amazon a billion dollar company are stingy b*stards and wont give you your money back!! Also seem to have multiple companies on here so posted my review on all of them. Bit strange!

I have been using amazon.ca for 3+ years now as a prime member. these guys are amazing. the quality and quantity is good.The refund policy is great.All the customer care agents are great at their service and very helpful. i will continue to use this online website. The only legit one.

If you buy and use a amazon shipping

If you buy and use a amazon shipping, all was good if you have any problem... BUT.... If you buy with amazon from another seller and the shipping was send from this seller and you have a problem.... Is just NOT THE AMAZON PROBLEM.... NEVER HELP FOR NOTHING
