sharing my opinion has never been easier

the rating experience was easy. no need for lots of instruction just answered the questions based on my experience. Hardest part was creating an account (who can think of a new username or password?).

Review of nokia

I could give 0 I would

I could give 0 I would. A mobile phone provider to be avoided. Purchased a Nokia 8 which kept restarting. Sent for repair and on both occasions nothing was done. Unfortunately when it was returned the second time the screen was smashed. It was sent off again and a new screen and motherboard added. This took ages in a blatant attempt to run down the warranty which worked. Phone was returned even more damaged and low and behold still restarting randomly. Have made multiple formal complaints which have been ignored. I wouldn't touch another Nokia with a barge pole and will be urging everyone I know to do the same. Disgraceful and not what I expected from this Company.

Review of org

Worse than useless. Waste of tax-payers money that is unfit for purpose.

I had provided clear cut evidence an organisation held data on me from a third party. This organisation had lied and claimed they didn't. My case worker, Helen Scullion, asked the organisation if they had any. Unsurprisingly the organisation lied again, and despite a dated email supplied between them and another third party through a freedom of information request of that third party - referring to me, Helen - despite being provided with this evidence, decided this wasn't grounds to pursue further action, in direct contradiction of their policy stating "Where we have significant concerns about an organisation's ability to comply with the law, we can take regulatory action.", How blatantly lying about not possessing data, did not constitute "significant concerns about an organisations ability to comply with the law" is beyond me. It also took two emails and a phone call for Helen to even bother explaining her botched reasoning, this after waiting nearly three months, and submitting pages worth of evidence for the ICO resulting in the ICO emailing the organisation, asking a question I'd already asked, and giving me a response I'd already been given.-------------------------------------------------------------Update, several months later I was fortunately able to win a court case against my employer due to the hardwork of a generous no-win/no-fee lawyer.Had I not had this luck, my old employer would have financially crippled me. The ICO could easily identify wrong-doing and chose to sit by and let it happen. It's not just the fact they do nothing, it's that they waste so much of your time and energy before doing so.

Review of samsung

Wasted my time and money, still waiting on my order.

Have ordered earbuds from a store in Toronto, and paid for it, but I haven't gotten it in almost 3 weeks now. Called the store to check to see if its arrived, but perhaps they forgot to call me. They said yes they had it, went all the way there waited about an hour each way and paid for public transportation (around 7+ CAD), they didn't have it in the colour I ordered and tried to convince me to take the other colour. I said no, when is the colour that I ordered coming, they just said they didn't know and had no approximation on the time it would take, he just said it might be months and shrugged then said oh well I could refund it for you with some attitude. But I don't want the refund, I just want the product I have ordered and paid for. Oh also called customer service to complain and at least get compensation in the form of store credits for the 7 CAD and they were very argumentative and refused to do so, also stating that there was no way I could escalate the issue past them and that they were the highest ranking person I could talk to in the customer service department. By far one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

Review of hp

Tech support or is it?!

During the summer of 2023 my printer stopped working and it was only about seven months old. I called the customer support number and spoke with a tech named Chris, did not get his last name, but he took over remote control of my computer and then told me that it was most likely due to, viruses on my computer so he said that I needed a software called web proof and I paid for one year because he explained that it would take care of the viruses and protect my computer and anything that was on my network at home. Well, the printer did start working after I switched it off and switched it back on, but I continued to get pop-ups and the computer did not seem any different than before he remotely installed the web proof. Unfortunately I feel like I paid over $75 for a program that did not work and I was worried about the fact that someone had access to my computer remotely, it makes me feel uncomfortable. I just called customer support with HP because I wanted to make sure that I was not going to be charged again automatically and that no money would be debited from my account. I spoke with someone named Martin. I explained the situation and he tried to sell me a new and improved software that would help with the computer. I explained that I had since bought a new computer and already had all that installed and just wanted to make sure that I was not going to be charged for another year of web proof and he hung up. It seems like HP support is more interested in selling you software and gaining access remotely to your computer then actually helping and supporting you with your tech issues. Also, I have been getting several, more than usual, spam calls, and text messages over the course of this past year, makes you wonder !

Review of jotform

5 stars!

We use JotForm in our spa to collect important information from our clients prior to getting facial services. Jotform was so easy to put together and super customizable for what we need. As time goes on, we’re able to add and remove questions if necessary right from the app or the computer with no headache. Would definitely recommend!

Review of braintreepayments

We're so unhappy with Braintree and…

We're so unhappy with Braintree and their lack of customer support and care. You are now unable to phone anyone, it is all via email. We had a fraudulent chargeback case for a large amount of money, we provided all evidence that the order had been shipped and received with photograph evidence and an email from the customer saying that the chargeback had been logged in error and it was still decided as lost!! This is so appalling that we're taking our small out-of-pocket business elsewhere!

Complete trash company

Can't get a hold of customer service for subscription that doesn't work for 3 days. Can't cancel my membership as the, 'cancel membership' button returns to the home screen. Can't cancel my CC info either. I'll have to cancel my CC to get out of a service that doesn't work, smh.

Review of com

Very wary of Amazon now.

I ordered an expensive computer on Amazon Australia recently. Everytime I looked, there was no progress on the movement of my product. I rang, and spoke to person somewhere in India I presume. They told me indeed my order would be on its way as promised. A few days later I rang again because everything remained the same. I told the person, I didn't believe they had stock, and he pretty much indicated this was the problem. There was one in stock when I ordered. He didn't know when stock would be sent to Australia. The good part was they had not drawn the payment for it, so I cancelled the order and got a confirmation. To add insult to injury I noticed there was over $200 in import tax I the item I was not informed about. Shopped in Australia, same item, saved over $300. Why Amazon Australia?
