I purchased tickets for a Melanie Martinez concert for my granddaughters back in Ocober 2019. Her concert for November 17, 2019 was cancelled because she, Melanie Martinez was sick. The concert was rescheduled for March 23, 2020. Now with the coronavirus we figure it will be cancelled. Went to the website to look at receiving a refund and to my surprise, it says I have no tickets purchased. They took nearly $300 from me that was meant for my granddaughters. I will never do business with them again.

This is long come but recently EA has taken a nose dive in all aspects of game creation and development. EA needs to put customers first. If they need to raise the base price of games, then they need to do that instead of sacrificing enjoyable mechanics.

After playing chess v the computer for 30 mins the app accounted for almost 15% of my battery usage for the day and, for the first time ever, my battery app indicated heavy usage during the period I was using the app. I do not have the time or inclination to investigate further so have uninstalled the app. I'll just log on and play on laptop instead.

Now it's some weird marketplace where you pay for delivery even with Prime, the TV has annoying adverts, the reviews can't be trusted and the returns process drives you crazy.

I bought a hair straightener on Amazon and after 4 months stopped working. Called Remington who informed me that the retailer as they obligations to assist with my warranty within the first year. Amazon every time I call informs me to wait 48 hours to contact the seller or send a parcel tag to me to send the faulty item. This is been for weeks. It’s awful customer service because they lie to you and make you think everything is ok. Ridiculous!!!!! I’m very disappointed and annoyed with them.

The part I received did not include a second part that was pictured for proper operation. When I tried to inquire why I received only 1 of 2 parts and if the 2nd part could be ordered if I paid extra and it has been crickets.Would never do business with them again.

Beware of Flipkart.com.Had such a bad experience when I bought a Mobile from Flipkart.com with order number OD109853399714363000. This is a Motorola mobile phone. As soon as we received the product, we tried to switch it on, but it was continuously going in loop and restarting again and again. Immediately I complained for replacement of the product. One guy came to check the product and recorded the entire issue and then accepted the replacement. After that I got a replacement, but as soon as I received the replacement, it has the same problem and it also re-start. Now when I called again to customer care, he is saying me to go to a Service Centre to check it or repair it. I have asked for either providing me a new functioning product or cancel my order and take back the product. But he was not ready to listen and accepted that this happens due to Manufacturing defect and now I need to go to Service Centre to repair the phone. They say they have in policy that they only replace once and after that also if they provide defective product, we need to go to Service Centre to get it repaired. They don't have any answer to my questions and neither give any solution: Why will I keep this defective product at the first hand when you are providing a defunctive product again and again ?? Why should I spend time to follow up with you and then again visit the service centre for a new product to be repaired ??? I have not paid for a defective product and I simply want a functional product or cancellation of my order... This is completely harassing a customer...I have even contacted on their Facebook Page, files consumer complaint but again and again they sight their policy. They purposefully made such policy to protect their defective products delivery. So please be cautious when you order any electronic product on Flipkart.com.

The product never arrived. After I asked for information they tell me that UPS tried to deliver the package several times (not true!) and then was returning back to senders. After almost a month i still don't see the refund. Really bad expérience

And when I contacted Dropbox support saying my account was breached and asked if they could help me, they denied my request and refused to help me. I raised some concern regarding data security and sensitive nature of some files and they just further ignored me. Stay away from them..

It is impressive how bad Cengage is.As a student, I have already taken 5-6 courses that use Cengage. I am so sorry if you have to spent 100+ USD on Cengage Unlimited, because you are about to be welcomed to the worst material, slowest labs and virtual machines, and will make your overall class experience miserable. I have had 30 minute labs turn into 3 hour assignments because of crashes, glitches, and just overall painstakingly slow speeds of the servers that the VMs are hosted on.Honest tips:If you have no choice, just use their PowerPoint Presentations to learn the material. Give up reading, or any other features that they have because they are USELESS. Trust me. As for the labs, all you can do is brace and pray, im sorry. Screw you, Cengage. Professors, please use a different platform.
