I can`t get rid of Canva subsription. I forgot to turned off 1st month - ok, my fault (however i never got any email notification that I`m going to be charged soon). BUT I for sure went to my account and cancelled subsription after. And guess what - today I`ve been charged again, my account settings happily shows that I`m still using pro (which I do not use at all - I needed i 1 time for my CV and paid 30 dollars for it already). and OFC there is no way to get in touch with customer support to ask what went wrong with this subscription. I can only hope that the next month I won`t get charged again.

I have received the best customer service at the AT&T store near Chapman and Main in Orange, CA. The store manager, Aaron and the assistant manager, Arlene, spent a lot of time resolving an issue I was having. They were knowledgeable, personable, and patient with my many questions. It was all taken care of without making me feel rushed. It's the kind of customer service I always wish for, but don't always receive, and it is much appreciated.

I have dealt with HP Support twice in the last week and have to say the service received was nothing short of excellent. I have bought 3 printers in the last year only because we use them daily and did not have time to get them repaired. After todays call, they are replacing all 3 printers are they are still under warranty and should be able to withstand heavy usage. I only called to get advise on borderless printing and casually mentioned the lines that were appearing. Outstanding service and the guys are so switched on. Highly recommend and shocked at recent reviews - these guys are the business!!

Charged me 15 days early on a auto-renewal of a website I was canceling. They hide any phone numbers to call. In using their chat, I was told the service division did not work with billing so there was no resolution for me and then disconnected before I could ask if I could speak to someone. Early billing must be their norm, but they also get to use our money for an extra 2 weeks this way

Taking macro this semester. I have been studying economics casually in my spare time for literally years. as a person that is acquainted with the subject I am extremely disappointed with how the questions are set up. even the simplest of concepts are made overly complex with unnecessary details distracting the student from what really matters. (the economic concept) a student should first be introduced to a concept in its simplest form before adding many details. its almost as if it was made difficult on purpose....some concepts are challenging than others. Too bad Pearson doesn't offer this class, also if you doubt the possibility of being able to teach these concepts try checking out Jacob Clifford on YouTube

Two professionals tried to help me to find out why e-mails were going to Spam and there were many things that they did not know that they did know at support. So, exchanging e-mails with support myself I could see if the professionals knew what they were doing, or not. At support in Mailer Lite they always replied within 24 hours, perfect timing to help me with everything I needed.
