I ordered a tv from them that was supposed to be delivered the next day. When I contacted customer service the following day, they told me they couldn't do anything about it for at least a week since it said the delivery date had changed to the next day. Fast forward two days. Still no tv and now no delivery date. So, I contacted them again. I was told there was still nothing they could do until the following Monday. Mind you, I never got an update on the delays; instead, I had to check to see where my package was. I understand that between Covid and the holidays, things are busy. However, other items I ordered from them arrived on time or even early during this period. And when an item was missing from my Amazon order, I got a replacement the very next day. Do better, Bol. Especially with large ticket items.Update. Contacted their customer service about the lack of TV. Even though they see that it hasn't been delivered and has no delivery date available, they can't cancel the order and give me my money back. So, I have to wait for the shipping company to get a hold of me or deliver it so I can send it back to get a refund. I will never be using bol again.

Like the title said, the hotel was abandoned. I had to book another hotel last minute and had to pay double for it.I've asked for the refund and some compensation for overpaying for the other hotel and they refused to pay.Learn from my mistakes and AVOID!!!!Avoid!!!

This item arrived early on 24/06/2024!!!. This item came well packaged and sealed and arrived in pristine condition!!!. A very well made jacket that fits perfectly (L) and looks excellent - a brilliant blue on the outside and orange on the inside!!!.(always get a least the next size up - I am normally a medium) A fantastic summer/spring jacket that is very comfortable to wear!!!. Thank you for the very prompt and courteous service provided, a reliable and recommended seller that I shall purchase from in the near future!!!. This seller delivers early and items are as described as long as you get the next size up!!! Thank you!!!!

So I ordered the same size as I normally buy and it was huge. No return label in parcel. Went online to do a return. Only option said I had to have a printer. I don’t. Spent 30 mins on chat to be told that option will generate a QR code and it will be fine. So back on website. Only option was a refund. I wanted an exchange. Back on chat. After 30 mins. Was told they had an issue their end and to try again later. So a waste of an hour and I had to put my dinner in the bin as I burnt it. I wasn’t expecting to waste an hour trying to sort a return. A label included in the parcel would have saved me an hour of my life I will never get back and wouldn’t have cost me my dinner!! Chat kept saying wait 3 mins. Obviously helping other people at the same time. I won’t be buying again from them. Just cost me money for nothing.WHY CANT YOU JUST INCLUDE A RETURNS LABEL AND RETURN OPTION FORM IN PARCEL???Would save a lot of time and what if you don’t have a clue about QR codes - the older generation.This system is damn right time consuming and frustrating. Who does it help? Not me.You cost me an hours data on my mobile. My dinners in the bin. I’m no further forward.Cheers!And they are deducting postage costs from refund. I’ve already paid out for it to be delivered. If your sizing was standard I wouldn’t have to return this. If I’ve 7 hoodies in L. Why is this top absolutely massive!Now to make things worse. I cancelled the return to try and get the exchange option and now I can’t do anything. Chat told me to do that. It’s as if that’s now final. Because I did that. I can no longer start a return. There are many sites out there that allow some type of donation page. The simplest being PayPal, where you just pick your button design, to a go fund me page. Buy me a coffee (BMAC) will not approve you unless you have some (dangerous*) social media account to prove who you are. Millions around the world, already know or are finding out that these social media account (FB, Twitter, youtube, etc..) are nothing more than data miners, and heavily into censoring what you post to your friends and family, and in turn, get into their account and delete the post, or worse "shadow ban"you. and therefore people are canceling these social media sites left and right. To use the BMAC site, you have to be a member of these questionable social media sites or sign up for an account there. If you have a site that is against the agenda of any of these sites, your use of BMAC will not survive it. I was told by a staff member of BMAC "we do not advertise them", which is flat-out deceitful. If the prospect does not have one of these "accepted" social media sites - BMAC will not authorize your account there. So what they are implying with this site, is "we support their agenda, and only accept those that do as well, we will know this because you have an account with them". If your site or philosophy is against these social media ideas, BMAC is not the "tip jar" for you.*I classify any social media site as dangerous that prevents its user from stating their facts or opinions which will result in a ban or shadow ban because it is not the same agenda that they are hosted on.
