So I ordered the same size as I normally buy and it was huge. No return label in parcel. Went online to do a return. Only option said I had to have a printer. I don’t. Spent 30 mins on chat to be told that option will generate a QR code and it will be fine. So back on website. Only option was a refund. I wanted an exchange. Back on chat. After 30 mins. Was told they had an issue their end and to try again later. So a waste of an hour and I had to put my dinner in the bin as I burnt it. I wasn’t expecting to waste an hour trying to sort a return. A label included in the parcel would have saved me an hour of my life I will never get back and wouldn’t have cost me my dinner!! Chat kept saying wait 3 mins. Obviously helping other people at the same time. I won’t be buying again from them. Just cost me money for nothing.WHY CANT YOU JUST INCLUDE A RETURNS LABEL AND RETURN OPTION FORM IN PARCEL???Would save a lot of time and what if you don’t have a clue about QR codes - the older generation.This system is damn right time consuming and frustrating. Who does it help? Not me.You cost me an hours data on my mobile. My dinners in the bin. I’m no further forward.Cheers!And they are deducting postage costs from refund. I’ve already paid out for it to be delivered. If your sizing was standard I wouldn’t have to return this. If I’ve 7 hoodies in L. Why is this top absolutely massive!Now to make things worse. I cancelled the return to try and get the exchange option and now I can’t do anything. Chat told me to do that. It’s as if that’s now final. Because I did that. I can no longer start a return. So I’ve wasted money I didn’t really have on a top I can never wear. Consumer Rights. I WANT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE!
