Possibly the worst email service I have ever encountered. I spoke to a customer service agent who I asked if I could add my list as I was moving from Aweber to test out this service. He said I could use my list, I uploaded and it was rejected. I expect a full refund but doubt it will happen.

The site is easy to use but as soon as there is a technical or billing problem, the customer support leaves something to be desired...The only good point is the chat support, very responsive but it only takes care of small problems, nothing very technical. I think this part is under processed.As soon as there is an urgent or technical problem, customer service is very slow, even slower on weekends an only by email. I have been waiting for more than 9 days for my billing problem to be resolved, without success. They make me go around in circles without solving my problem. The days pass...they are in no hurry.This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life for a big company like this one.

I am reading all this reviews on this company at trustpilot.com. 95% are really bad, and probably they are well deserved. I belive their customers expect an answer from the company (EA), but they never give one. What is that about? Most companies answer their customers good or bad reviews here. It's a good way to communicate between company and customers, but EA seems to choose the easy way to ignore their customers..

The most surrel thing just happened - Amazon turned up and dropped of part of my order and refused to drop the rrst - I could actually see the parcel in his hands and the 'track' app said it would be delivered between 9 and 10 (it's 9.10) - he said something about being too late and not allowed to drop off. Absoluetly mad. Very annouying as now I suppose I will be expected to wait in at another time, Pooor servcice. Insane.

Had a call scheduled at 10am and I was called on the dot at 10. Rosalie B started the call by asking what our business was how we got paid and by whom did we have any other source of income etc which gave her an understanding of what we did so she could show me the best way to input things. She took over my computer remotely and we went through my questions bit by bit as I did the work so I knew exactly what to do. I was given time to write things down, go back over something if I needed more explanation. She was very clear and concise and I learnt a lot from our call and wouldn't hesitate now to contact Quickbooks to ask a question. Excellent Service!

I do not know who is working at the met office.They seem to change their mind every hour The so called weather sats they have can not work.ie its going to rain No rain Its going to be minus 1 overnight then its 3 degrees.Totally unreliable they must look out of the window every hour.They say that they cant predict the weather over 3 days.They cant do it over 3 hours......

Agoda highly nonprofessiinal and dishonest people. In case you are booking with Agoda than their is high risk of fraud and ur payment is totally insecure. I booked through Agoda my payment was to be charged on June 2 but amount charged on March 7 which was against terms. I therefore cancelled it. Now I am deprived of my money as Agoda is not responding me properly and asking that payment is charged by property. How can property charged as I have shared details with Agoda. So be aware while booking with Agoda

After finally breaking through the useless automated BOT help juggernaut, got a human online. His English was way too fast and not understandable. When I asked him to repeat himself, he just hung up. The software doesn't allow you to add funds from a debit card as claimed with no reason. Never using Venmo again.

I am currently with Dropbox since 2014 and i can tell you that its trash. Do not pay for Dropbox at all. They offer 1TB for $9.99 compared to Google Drive 2TB for $9.99 and Onedrive offers a 6TB 6 user family plan for $9.99 that is very cool. Also the management of your storage on the site is very limited. If you do not believe me. Well just right click on a folder in Dropbox and Google Drive and you notice the difference. Right? Alot of more options on your on view correct? You can also notice the cheap and boxy look of Dropbox compared to Onedrive or Google Drive.Also Dropbox lacks of a ecosystem. Dropbox is made for businesses only not personal use.My recommendation is use Google Drive or Onedrive. Both are a blessing to exist. Perfect management both services they give you. I highly recommend more Google Drive seeing that they own Android and you have Chrome also. OneDrive is build for people who have Windows operating system and Xbox One.My complain about Dropbox is that its basic no real management for your storage unless you are willing to pay $15 for the business 3TB one.

Horrible service. Order never arrived!Ordered a $250 package that was delivered to the wrong address my OnTrac. A&F refused to help and sent me to OnTrac. OnTrac refused responsibility. After hours on the phone I’m out 250 bucks and the package never arrived. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from working with a clothing company. Go in store or RISK WASTING YOUR MONEY
