An evening call into Swansea Yacht club. We ordered a couple of steaks with chips. The chef came from the kitchen to discuss what sauce we would like and how we liked our steaks to be cooked. The food was served by the chef himself and in the words of my companion "it was to die for" We dined upstairs with views across the Marina. Our compliments to the bar staff who are both friendly and attentive.

Had booked a 8 kg fully auto samsung washing machine for Rs 64,100 /- on 19 Se 17 through Flipcart. The Flipkart promised to deliver it by 19th. Today is 27th and the delivery is still awaited. It seems that the company Fails to deliver costly stuff on time. In another incident, had booked 250 gms blueberries pkt for Rs 652/- a few days back but the company insteadd delivered a 80 gms chocolates pkt today which is costing Rs 148/-. And they don't have a return policy for food/packaged items (:. Why should I suffer for the mistake of Flipkart???? Sad state of affairs. A big mistake on my part to have believed Flipkart. Amazon seems to be the best option (:

NEVER AGAIN....They make our lives so difficult. First we ha a washer issue, now the TV RUNNING FROM BEST BUY AWFUL. We bought a TV and gave them all the information including where it was being installed. I was on a work call when they arrived. Sure enough the installers needed to verify everything--they were on-hold for oner 20 minutes as it was an overseas company. Then someone came on the line and said we had to pay extra because of where we were installing it. I felt as if I were held hostage. Get off my call wait for another invoice pay it and then get the installed after we already paid for service at the store. Mark my words we are DONE.

It was time to renew (Nov 24), but AAA sent me 3 separate snail mail notices to renew, starting in Sept. A waste of paper, as I had auto renew. I decided to cancel because of similar complaints posted here. I called today and cancelled, and asked that my personal info be deleted. I was told they keep my personal info because I had paid them money? Unacceptable - I want my info deleted. I will file with BBB

Last order was bad quality products: a "cashmere" sweater made of polyester and a coat, supposed to be a tricotage lined softshell, came in a stiff plastic like fabric, only the hood is lined with a nasty synthetic, not a soft tricotage, so would slide off the head. Both cost about £46 together, the Customer service supposed to "reply in 1-2 days", sent me a "satisfaction form" instead of return label / refund. No wonder China goes so friendly with Russia. Beware of their cheap fake products!BAD SERVICE, as this company pretends not to understand English now?

But I still have a bunch of apps that are Win only plus some coding projects that need the Win version of Visual Studio.Without Parallels I would have had to have kept my old laptop and would not have enjoyed the speed that running Windows on a macBook M1 Pro offers.

I’ve been ordering groceries using the Kroger app for a year and over time the experience has gotten worse. I make substitution requests for every item I order and it appears that the Kroger “ shoppers” seldom if ever read what I’ve indicated. Every order I place lately there’s been an issue. I continue to get Kroger ads and offers but they seldom provide good customer service. Today I tried to take advantage of a $10 off a $75 order but because 2 items in my list were unavailable I couldn’t qualify for the offer. The “chat” option is a joke. Most of the time the chat agent doesn’t recognize my responses and I end up repeatedly typing same info. Then I try live call but put on hold for long times. I’m really at a loss as to why things haven’t improved. I spoke to a store manager several months ago who was sympathetic and offered me a credit but giving me a credit doesn’t improve the shopping experience. Kroger marketing please do better!

I have been recommending you to dozens and dozens of new users over the years, and then you do the dirty on me and limit my account, what an evil corporation you have turned out to be!!! Not recommended, save your soul and stress and go elsewhere!!!!

Beginning of March the Coinbase App advertised a 4.10% APY reward on USDC. This advertisement is still in the App to this day and gives a clear motivation to buy USDC. I've bought the USDC with EUR and the beginning of April I reached out with customer support that I didn't get any rewards yet. This because with staking in Coinbase you will get your money regularly. I was told that it is after 5 business days of the next month and that I should not be worried. So the first ridiculous thing is that the support system works in a chat, first with an AI bot and after with an agent if you ask for it multiple times. No e-mails, no ticketing ID, no phone number. Just a chat that will not be visible after it is closed. If you don't respond for a couple of minutes they will disconnect you and you can start all over. So if you are working or something, all needs to be done again. If you talk to a new agent, he will ask you to explain the issue again + also the screenshots / evidence that you have. Many times I've reached out, asking them not to close the chat in advance, and then they start investigating for HOURS! And you should just wait and hope they solve it. In between now and the beginning of April I've been in touch about 10 times, all times I was reassured it was a technical issue and that my rewards will come. Until today.Today I've started my chat with Nikhil, for about 1.5 hours back and forth. Re-explaining the issue and he was talking to specialists about it. They told him it MIGHT be because of my region (which is EU, they should know this based on my address / tax information). But he wasn't sure about it. Then Nikhil just left the chat. Mangvung took over and asked me the usual, if I can explain the issue. He closed the chat after 45 minutes with the note that my USDC is safe but that I don't get any rewards.So bottomline:1. Coinbase advertises a reward on USDC2. I convert my EUR to USDC3. I get reassured MULTIPLE times that I am eligible4. After months of contact and chats I am told that I am not5. USD vs. EUR, well we all know how that went in the last months.I've lost a lost of money by false advertisement of Coinbase. The customer support team is the worst ever. Don't do it.
