Payroll just isn't working. I'm a new customer, experienced with accounts and payroll systems, and the web-based payroll solution is currently broken. It's not possible to add employee pay rates. I've reported the issue to Intuit and had a couple of cases opened about it. One was mysteriously closed. The other remains open but no one is responding. Their suggestion is that I simply use the HMRC basic tools instead, until they provide a fix. But no indication of progress or when they might find a fix. So perhaps I'll just cancel the payroll option entirely and use HMRC indefinitely, since that system does appear to work. I'm fairly impressed with the online accounting in general. But the payroll - not so much.

Review of chegg
I have been using chegg ever since 2020, and it was quite a reliable service and offered homework tutoring from real experts. Until the last few months where I have been getting answers to the questions i posted instantly such that it's not possible for a human-being to read the questions in such a short time, and the answers were ridiculously inaccurate.I then went to ChatGPT and posted the same questions, and surprisingly enough, I received the exact same answers I got earlier from Chegg.
Review of bestbuy
I wish I could give them and Purolator a 0 star. These scammers have been changing my delivery date so much that they’ve just given up on telling me when my order is coming. I have no idea where or when my order will arrive and their customer service keep regurgitating the same with 24 to 48 hours nonsense. DO NOT USE BEST BUY ONLINE FOR ANYTHING. Absolutely unreliable and it’s been 2 weeks and my order is still yet to arrive.

Review of samsung
I purchased a Samsung 4 Door Flex refrigerator new and had it professionally installed. A few months later I found water pooling under the crispers. Samsung sent a repairman who "fixed it" by replacing the water filter unit. Several months later same problem, water pooling. Samsung sent a repairman who did the exact same "fix". Now, after owning it for about 20 months, same problem for the third time, water pooling under the crispers. Samsung told me it's no longer under warranty. When I pointed out it was the same problem they attempted to repair twice before, under warranty, they relented and made a repair ticket. A week later I got an email from Samsung canceling the appointment with no reason given. My advice is to avoid Samsung and purchase another brand from a company that stands behind its products. $3200 for a pile of junk!UPDATE: So Samsung replied to a review of mine. They said they want to help me fix it, gave me a reference number and said to contact them. When I did contact them, their solution was to send a tech to repair it and CHARGE ME. You can't make this stuff up!

Watch the expiration date(s) for products you are ordering online for pick up. I placed an order online and scheduled pick up for the next day. All of the sale prices and coupons were eliminated, and the price increased from $145.83 to $201.28 (no Kroger coupons or savings were applied to the new amount). The store manager basically told me this happens a lot and customers need to watch the fine print on the site. This was not my first order but, will be my last. Shabby customer service.

Review of alibaba
I placed an order worth $2716 through Alibaba with full trust in their Trade Assurance system. What I received was a nightmare. • The supplier lied about the material (promised stainless steel, delivered silver). • The products arrived 130+ days late. • Many pendants were broken, unpolished, poorly welded, and unusable. • 195 pieces were missing (worth $429). • I was charged $145 for a mold that was never even made.I submitted all evidence: photos, messages, invoices, timelines — everything. For over a month, Alibaba ignored the facts, gave me scripted replies, and dragged me through delay after delay. In the end, they refused to issue a full refund. Instead, they offered me $300 compensation — far less than what I lost. Not because my proof wasn’t clear, but because they don’t take buyer protection seriously. This wasn’t just a bad order. It was a clear case of fraud, breach of agreement, and product substitution. And Alibaba allowed it to happen under the Trade Assurance promise. To any serious buyer or small business:Don’t trust Alibaba to protect you.If something goes wrong, you may be on your own — even with all the evidence. My trust in Alibaba is gone.

This company is a fraud and didn’t receive my order worth of £82 and customer service people are useless and said that they send me gift card full refund and when I check gift card there was only £5.40, when I tried to explain this to to customer service they accused me using the gift card and try to claim it back. And I tried to complain again as they asked me to go to local authorities to make a complaint. I have been back and forth but until now there’s no solution. Really disappointed. My advice to not to buy from this company .
