Sorry there isn't a star lower which is a shame I'd give them a -star. So hears the deal I've been waiting on my pre-order payment to be request since the 5th October and today is the 18th October. Microsoft store staff are outsourced and trained on the same book as many other outsourced trainers use which is beyond a joke. Now going back to the pre-order was due to be release on Tuesday 15th October but was put back to Thursday the 17th October it's now the Friday the 18th October. 1) No request to my bank for the money and yes my bank card is upto date and the information is correct. 2) no notification of release date change in any shape or forum. 3) Microsoft store staff just tell you what you want to her backseat they don't know how to deal with the situation. 4) no communication between the warehouse to the office to the staff. Mmm before I forget 1 outsourced staff member on Saturday 12th October told me the my console was at my local warehouse waiting to be shipped. That phone call was at 12:43pm. I'm sorry to have to say this but any one who reads this please for the love of God, go to a different brand of console keep away from xbox.
