Heads Up re: Unknown DSW Return Policy

Please be aware that DSW uses a company to track how many returns you make and if they think you have made too many in a given period of time, they will decline your return. I am a loyal customer and have spent hundreds of dollars at DSW. However, I have had lots of surgeries on my feet and have a difficult time finding comfortable shoes. I ordered two pair of sandals from DSW online and neither one of them was comfortable. I returned them to a DSW store in July. In August, I purchased a pair that I thought would work and tried them out at home. Same result, so I attempted to return them to the store. I, actually, purchased two pair of shoes, some Sketcher walking shoes and a pair of sandals. I tried both pair at home and decided to keep the Sketchers. The sandals kept slipping off my feet, so I took them back to the store. The store manager declined the return and gave me a number to call. The number was for a company called The Retail Equation. I called. They said I had been put on some sort of return suspension for 6 months and told me that I was warned on the previous receipt. The customer service agent did not bring this to my attention, and I'd like to know who reads that tiny fine print on a receipt. The agent told me there was nothing they could do. I could try a different store which I did and got the same result. So, now DSW has lost another loyal customer. No wonder Amazon is taking over the retail business.

Review of Canva

Discrimination from Goodstack Canva for Nonprofits and…

Applying for Canva for Nonprofits and Percent/Goodstack is discriminating against my legitimate 501c3 for which I have supplied my documents numerous times. After requesting my ID, I'm being met with redundant, requests for documents I've provided. Even though their website states they e received my documents, I keep receiving email requests without them looking at submissions or verifying my documents with my state department of state. Goodstack approved me for Google for Nonprofits already, and I've been approved by Microsoft but the bot or representative for Canva has an issue. I've provided certificate of amendment w. Articles of incorporation, certificate of existence, my email address through nonprofit domain, my name is on every document submitted because I established the nonprofit. I keep being rejected stating they cannot prove my connection to my organization. As an organization which strives to eliminate blocks and barriers to necessary services for disadvantaged communities, it's hard to imagine Canva supporting Goodstack's practices of creating such unfair and discriminatory barriers to approving nonprofits to their program. I kkep requesting an escalation but they ignore each request.

On 2nd January, 2023, I told a friend I wanted to start a podcast, knowing absolutely nothing about the technicalities of doing so. 33 days later, on 4th February, my podcast, The Holistic Weight Loss & Lifestyle Podcast went live with a trailer and three episodes. At the time of this review, I have published 9 episodes with 5 more scheduled to be published once a week on Wednesdays, 7am GMT.Buzzsprout made every process so very easy, for a complete beginner like me to launch a podcast and very easily be published everywhere we listen to podcasts.On the few occasions I have sent queries to customer services, the responses were extremely quick and always friendly, coming from a human not just a copy and pasted robot-like response.I wholeheartedly recommend Buzzsprout. Unhappy customer that will sign off for good

The website has an outage which allows me to book an accommodation that shouldn’t be showing as available and all they do is refunding me the payment with the mention „for free at no cost to you“. Of course for free and no cost to me!!! It’s the Booking Website fault. It’s ok that I drove to the accommodation for nothing , that is an inconvenience that it’s ok for me to pay for. Ridiculous! Been on their website for many years but that’s it… no more and I’ll make sure to spread the word about their „awesome“ deals. Btw, their prices are so high for attractions that you should not even look at them. We booked an accommodation and then Booking sent me an email for attractions in the area and their „special offers” were so much more expensive than buying directly with the attraction site. Ridiculous!

Bought a major appliance for delivery and installation.The delivered but said that another crew will come in an hour and will install it,The were lying.infact that was their job to install my washer and dryer.No body showed up and they left me with heavy tower un installed.Never go to best buy again

I lost 850 euros renting on Agoda,

I lost 850 euros renting on Agoda, I’m a home owner renting on Agoda, guest booked many times and paid to Agoda, and according to Agoda policy, 30 days after the guest departure, I submitted my bank information to receive payouts, but Agoda sent less money and they couldn’t provide a bank transfer proof, and after I called a few times, they rejected my bank account using all excuses, not to pay out the remaining 850 EUROS in my Agoda’s account. Their company name is Agoda Company Pte Ltd, I think this is just virtual office address. hope UK law can work on these scammer.

AVOID HP INK SUBSCRIPTION

1) My laptop or phone saying the printer is printing and it isn't after several attempts. It can often take 5-10 minutes, sometimes more for printer to print.2) Printer does not print queued items.3) Unused sheets don't appear to rollover as promised in original subscription contract.4) HP very quick to switch off printer capabilities remotely if card details change and payment does not clear BUT extremely slow to switch on capabilities after credit card updated - I'm still waiting after a week and I urgently need to print. 5) No way to contact them directly.Recommend not subscribing to HP ink.

Binance promises that I can transfer mij assets, but when you try they dont allow it!! My Euros are also unavailable, I cat get them out. This is not what they say:As announced on June 16th 2023, we are leaving the Dutch market. Dutch resident users are only able to withdraw Digital Assets from the Binance platform or use the one click pop up to transfer all Digital Assets to Coinmerce in just a few clicks for free. If you have not withdrawn your Digital Assets from your Binance account before August 17th 2023 , Binance reserves all rights to take appropriate action required to leaving the Dutch market, including closing your individual Binance wallet and deeming your Binance account as a dormant account (within the meaning of article IV.5 of the Binance Terms of Use). All remaining fiat assets that are technically able to be converted to USDT, will automatically be converted to USDT on August 17th 2023
