Every experience with EA has been awful. They do not care about their customers at all. I have had multiple server issues and loss of game content and they have never been able to give me any useful information nor any compensation for my loss. The company is a joke and only care about taking your money.

Flow is straight garbage.It's all right that it is totally unable to guess my music style after years.. But the thing that the flow keeps replaying itself in the same order after some hours and it plays the same song twice after each other without a problem is ridiculous. Also, sometimes it just won't let me skip the song.The mobile app is also garbage. As the flow randomly pours songs on you, you often skip them. As it is garbage, it keeps chosing songs from a genre I have never listened to, so I must skip many. Each skip takes seconds.

I hate being and AT&T cellphone customer! I was a Firstnet customer for years and that company was powered by AT&T but was a separate company that is specifically for members of the first responder community. During my time with Firstnet, I never paid a late fee or was disconnected from my service no matter how far behind I got on my bill because it was understood that first responders need access to their cell phone service at all times. Since Firstnet transferred their customer billing and support over to AT&T, I have had a disconnection and constant late fees. Although as a Firstnet customer I maintain preferred pricing, which AT&T cannot meet. I believe, in an effort to force Firstnet customers to switch to AT&T they charge fees that we were never subject to before. It is also not clear when you will be charged a late fee. My billing cycle is listed as the second of each month. I paid my December 2024 bill on the 30th and had no late fee, but this month I have not paid my bill by the 2nd and I now have a late fee.

Wish I could leave no stars. Pathetic customer service ID link does not work so when they don't deliver your parcel you can't get a refund. The chat is also useless talking to a robot and there's no customer service email to complain you should be shut down disgusting

I had the same problem as many other reviews here, they have charged me twice with the auto renewal for four years and they tried to cover it up when I phoned their customer service. Apparently, they can only provide a refund for the last two years ... very convenient for them. They should protect your computer against viruses, but who is going to protect your bank account from them?!

I would love to trust this website but can’t. I’ve made three different orders and literally each one had major problems. 1st order- the bag strap popped and broke the first day I wore it (Nana-nana brand), 2nd order- the carabiner is broken and permanently open wide on a close to $400 ( on clearance) bag (Heron Preston), and my 3rd order- phone case completely separated and broke in less than a month (Nana-nana) brand. No refunds, no returns. They’re selling broken things on sale and saying “no returns”!

Awful customer service.Unless it fits into a specific pigeon-hole they aren’t interested. It HAS to fit one of their options and you can’t enter or search for anything else.Spent an age jumping through hopes and was then told “sorry that’s a commercial machine I can’t help”.Do not buy any HP machine I will never buy one again.

I was looking to leave a 0/5 stars but could not. This is a scam of a company. My husband and I got catfished on this website. They showed us pics of a condo for rental. We booked the condo and paid the fees for the condo. When we arrived it was a trailer park home with people doing drugs outside it and we were with our baby. It was hard to reach the owner. Then Expedia and Vrbo kept on sending us back and forth between each other. No one wanted to take the blame or refund us our money after 4hrs on the phone , they are scammers Never book with VRBO ever in your life
