Very Impressed!

The set up was really easy and customer support responded quickly, promptly and professionally when I did have an issue. Which wasn’t even an issue, just me being an idiot! As I only launched my podcast this year, I found the “How To….” Guides really useful! I’m really impressed with Buzzsprout and I’m glad I picked them to be my host platform.

can't recommend at all

we have 5,000 customers from the last year. we send first newsletter, a few unsubscribes (as it was first newseltter) and they banned us.paid 45 EUR and not even 1500 emails are sent out. lol.// to double down on their answer: it's nonsense.if you send 1M emails and get 5% unsubscribe, that's fine. but with 300 emails out and 20 people unsubscribe - who cares?

Unprofessional and unscrupulous company. No complainants policy. been refunded for an…

I still have not been refunded for an apartment booked in Amsterdam. Prior to paying for the apartment I telephoned Booking.com customer services to check that the apartment was legitimate and asked if it was ok to make the payment. I was assured it was and payed the money. Booking com cancelled the apartment and I have been unable to get my money back over £2000. I supplied bank statements a letter form my bank but have still not received a refund. there is no complaints policy so you can't escalate your complaint. I emailed the Head of customer services in the Netherlands but got no reply. I am now having to try and get the money back through the small claims court.

Fast delivery and not so great other things!

Dirty Amazon has nice fast delivery and that's where the positives end really. For more niche things you can find yourself overpaying or overpaying for some random postage. Stock can be short especially for things like speakers and cables cost so much and then on top of that you then pay for their postage it's madness really!

Beyond useless

Beyond useless. So often predicts sun or sunshine/showers with 10% chance of rain but skies are completely dark. Don't use the service or plan your day around met office. Used to be accurate a year or so ago but can't seem to get the weather right within the space of an hour let alone a few days in advance

After my initial year expiring my plan…

After my initial year expiring my plan auto renewed which I did think I cancelled. Anyway I called the customer service team who were super helpful until.... They came back placing me on hold, and after me providing the reason for the cancellation being due to the fact I cannot afford it.... Trying to still sell me the plan with a 50% discount, after politely declining they then kept coming back and asking me why I am not accepting the discount, they have listened to the fact I said I couldn't afford the plan and gave it a discount, why was I not accepting? Forceful customer service, and not respecting the reason I gave them initially. I cannot believe this attitude from a big company like this.

This is the absolute worse app

This is the absolute worse app. I brought it with the bundle with Disney plus and Hulu. I still had to use a cable provider. I would gladly pay extra to use all of ESPN app not hundreds of dollars on cable that we don’t watch or use. Ridiculous.

Finding the right guide for your trip to Erg Chebbi

Erg Chebbi is a must for all travellers to Morocco.We made the trip from Marrakesh and we were so lucky with our truly super guide, Hicham fermaq. He simply could not do enough for us to make this a truly memorable experience . He was kind, friendly. so very patient and accommodating and most importantly a fountain of knowledge . He knew the best places to stop off for refreshments , to make some purchases along the way and even to be dressed in the kefiyyeh and abaya style clothing and have our photos taken. He made sure we got to see and experience the everyday life of these people even down to having tea with his own family who were so welcoming and what a feast . We got an in-depth view into the whole culture of the area visiting so many historic places along the way from Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou and Ourazazate the Todgha Gorge , Atlas Film Studios … the list goes on . He stayed with us throughout the whole trip culminating in the ultimate desert camel trail and overnight stay in the boudin camp to watch the sun rise and sun set , simply breathtaking . Hicham was always one step ahead of us anticipating our every need and making sure that everything was just perfect for us. He made it a much more enjoyable and fun filled experience for us all. The trip was truly wonderful and fulfilling made all the more special by him and if you are considering doing this trail be sure to ask for him . I do believe that the guide is the person who makes the trip all the more specialmemorable and adventurous for you and we would not have had so many enjoyable experiences without him and his knowledge

Review of samsung

I have been getting SEVERE problems…

I have been getting SEVERE problems with Samsung products and their customer service. The return policy is HORRIBLE (14 days only, really?). I bought a dryer (Bespoke 7.6 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Gas Dryer with Super Speed Dry and AI Smart Dial) at the end of November but did not use it till March (when the house renovations were complete.) Immediately on the first use, I heard a really weird screeching and occasional clanking noise (I had about 8-10 clothes in). I thought maybe the load was a bit heavy so I emptied till none of the clothes were left, and the sound was still there. Not the hum, but a weird loud screeching noise. I contacted Samsung 6 times to resolve this issue, to which they kept assigning me Home Network Service (VERY TERRIBLE, DO NOT RECOMMEND). They kept canceling on me because my washer and dryer were stacked. I was like, excuse me? Really? They were like you have to unload it. I asked if they could send technicians for help because obviously, it's very heavy. They said no can do - canceled the appointment there and then. This was repeated 6 times. Beyond my patience limit, I demanded a return of the dryer which they said they can't do, so I asked what solution can they provide. They said they can book a technician ... again. I said to send me another company that can help and not cancels. Samsung seems to take zero responsibility for the manufacturer's defective products they supply. I have complete disdain for a company that can't even honor problem-free products at the cost they charge for, and can't even provide accountability for their damaged goods. Given that they're a large corporate business, they need to do A LOT better. Will never give my business to this company ever again. I've been contacting Samsung since the beginning of March and it's almost May, and the problem is STILL not solved. They would rather have the technicians work multiple times, damage the product, and then give us a hard time than replace a CLEARLY manufacturer's defective product, which results in wasting money and time for the customer and the company. Horrible, just horrible.

I've had $80 on hold in my account for over a week after they recieved payments. Ive spent the last 3 days trying to reach customer service which is non-existent. It would be easier to conference call revenue canada and the post office than speak to a person
