multiple phone calls failed to resolve issue with Xbox X. customer service reps were hard to understand, didn't listen, made me repeat myself. Sending the device in to be repaired failed. Additional phone calls for help were dropped and no one called me back. Finally asked to speak with supervisor. Was told supervisor would call me back in several hours, forcing me to spend entire day waiting around home so that when supervisor eventually called me back, I could address the problems with the console. Unbelievably bad service.Don't buy an Xbox!
