I lost my account and business page because my personal account was hacked and after this the system/algorithm didn't let me verify my age. There's is no help, no customer service, no contact e-mail, facebook/meta absolutely ignores it's customers/users. The platform was a sinkhole anyway, hateful, racist, homophobic comments never "violated the facebook's terms" and it was useless to report them. Avoid this social media if you can.

My cousin recently travelled from Australia via Dubai to the UK before heading on to Budapest for a river cruise to Amsterdam, a tripOf a life time. My cousin arrived at Birmingham airport last Thursdays morning after 24 hour delay in Dubai to find no Luggage. Having tried for days, no answered phone, no email reply or able to online chat we went to Birmingham airport on Sunday morning to try and get answers they needed. We established eventually luggage was still in Dubai and will be for some time. Even when the luggage arrives in Birmingham it will take time to process due to limited staff in customs. Shopping trip needed so my cousin could at least enjoy their cruise. Shopping in Shirley & Solihull for 2 people on a 2 week cruise in just a few hours is a challenge. Buying everything from shoes, underwear, toiletries, full outfits & costing a fortune, challenge accomplished. My cousin’s experience has been a night mare after packing in Australia for some time for this trip of a life time. On top of this my cousin immigrated to Australian 56 years ago so this would have been our first meeting face to face. In stead of having an amazing time doing amazing things thanks to emirates our time was spent shopping and trying to get answers. I’m extremely disappointed with the airline which I have always perceived to be world class. We met a couple at Birmingham airport who were in a similar situation to my cousin who had traveled from Vietnam their flight had been diverted to London so they had to get a flight to Birmingham to pick up their car. The woman was so very upset I cried with her after hearing their experience. Since, I have spoken to a friend today who had same experience, a trip of a life time to Vietnam ruined a few months ago again luggage did not arrive this was well before Dubai weather conditions. Although I appreciate the problems in Dubai last week with unforeseen weather circumstances there are far too many unhappy customers. Emirates you really need to sort your logistics out as this is causing a lot of unhappiness for many customers who pay you well to give them experience they will never forget. I do hope you are addressing your problems as this is unforgivable.

We had a one year Deezer subscription, but without any notification I realised that Deezer had renewed my subscription for another year when I checked my bank account... I have been through the papers from last year, and it says nowhere that Deezer will automatically renew the subscription. And even if, I really believe it is humbug, renewing for another year without any notification at all!!! But even worse, Deezer has not even had the courtesy to answer my e-mail complaint sent February 14, 2017.

Immediately after creating the site, you’ll put it for a brutal check while your site is in a frozen state. In the end, the site does not work and no one will return the files yourself until you go through this check. They like to turn off the system simply because something seemed suspicious to them. A terrible site

Received the letter from ICO saying we might need to stump up £40 to register. "We expect to hear from you by 27th March" they said. Well don't hold your breath, since nobody is legally obliged to contact them if they are exempt, so they can expect away.It then says on their website that even if you are exempt, you might still want to pay the registration fee. Which is like the DVLA saying that even if you don't have a car, you might want to buy Vehicle Tax.There doesn't appear to be any benefit to the businesses that are paying the £40 fee, other than avoiding a £4,000 fine.Which brings me on to...The number of businesses fined that have not paid the fee is just over 300, with the average fine being around 400 quid (not the £4,000 maximum that they make out). I guess the fact that they didn't make enough money last year is what's fuelling the letters.

Bol.com have started doing after pay by default in the app to try to support frictionless buying. I don't speak Dutch. Bol.com sends more loads of marketing emails (in Dutch which I ignore) but I just got an email from a debt collector because an in-app purchase was defaulted to post pay and I didn't realise so they set a debt collector on me!!! They have my payment details on record and I've made purchases since. This is ridiculous! Customer service won't help. I just want this removed as default payment option, I want to pay my purchases at the time, I don't have time to go back later. Ideally remove the option entirely.

Reddit is worse than Facebook. The censorship compares to communist countries like North Korea’s and Cuba. They blocked my post about Covid 19. I was saying that savage habits of eating wild animals must stop. They blocked me because my comment is considered racist. And the reply was that people need a reliable source of proteins!!! In other words, the hell with the World pandemic with thousands of deaths, people need proteins! What kind of mentality a person must have to write that! So we should suck it up not to blame China for the ultimate pandemic. Poor China, to which the US only has a trillion dollar debt. The only explanation is that the site is paid by China to promote communist agenda.

I’ve had Hulu for a couple years. I pay for the ad free experience which is a rip off because we still have ads on most shows. When I asked customer service why the answer is because there’s only ad free for certain networks. Another problem with Hulu is that only about half of the shows I watch show up under the “continue watching” section. I’ve found no way to correct this and in research I have found that others are having the same problem.

You are manipulating your feedback system and removing buyers honest feedback in the favor of the sellers.You forget that we buyers who makes you money. Removing people reviews should be done with very high consideration. Take contact with your customers and try to resolve their issue instead. Your refund system is very unfair to buyers since you don't offer any and even if a user open a case against you to get refund you block the user account and this might lead to blocking access to many templates user have bought on your platform. This is called fraud if you don't know.
