After attempting to resolve the issue with Temu customer service a 4th and 5th time still the same run around. Don’t fall for their pick 2,3,4 items promotion and then check out to receive your $110 credit prize garbage. You will not get the credits. I just officially deleted my account so they have lost a good customer who shops online regularly due to their misleading false advertising. This Chinese company clearly does not care one bit about blatantly lying to its customers in order to secure sales. Its disgusting
Terrible company that sells your data is a counterfeit mining of products they have over 10k Chinese people scrolling all the all internet taking designs from websites and then making then in china they steal all people's work and imagine they have those ethics wouldn't they be selling your data they have hundreds of people going to etsy stores taking all information they spam you with emails everyday and they come on your phone, videos they can't stop appearing in your life and once you order comes from China and its all cheap products probably made by force labour
If I could give none I would, bombarded with offers which don’t exist, free gifts you never get, customers service which doesn’t exist, took ages to delete account, they are awful, half the stuff you order is not a described and is rubbish , never use again
No where to leave a review if the product is found to be faulty. Bought a heavy duty leather belt, fell appart 2nd time i wore it. All held together with a single 5mm rivet.Bought some duct tape and the picture showed a large reel, what turned up was not worth the bother. China offloading a lot of junk at Temu.
I've used AliExpress for many years but never Temu until a couple of weeks ago. Annoyed by their utterly ridiculous introductory savings quoted at over £250 for a total of nine items (mostly plastic). The delivery was very quick (under a week) but the items were all generally flimsy cheap plastic and just about worth the introductory price I paid (only about £30). No way on earth would they be worth anything like what they claimed. I did expect this though as Temu has gamified the shopping experience and tries to tempt you to buy more Chinese plastic trash, shipping via air freight and helping to destroy the environment a little more. If the EU and UK do follow the US and remove the import duty on small value items, Temu and Ali etc will die out pretty quickly I suspect.So my first experience was average. Good shipping but cheap c*** products. Unlikely to use again.
What I believed I ordered against what I received are two totally different things.I ordered some engine degreaser which arrived in a 20ml bottle!?!?.Some car plastic restorer which arrived in a pocket size vaseline tin affair.USB cleaning "sticks" are awful.Save your money folks!
Don't Use Scam....sent me the completely wrong item sent me an 8 foot shed!!!they kept saying don't return (as too big!) will give you your credit. Received nothing despite numerous requests so take money send wrong item keep the money!!!!!
