Im so fed up with the mess of temu and the items it sends out. They dont care about the planet or people. Its all about sending out cheaply made items that either get sent back, or (more the case) they hope people don’t return items. How can these two items pass quality inspection? One item broken, the other moulded out of position. I know all you'll say is, very sorry, we take everything seriously, blah blah blah. What you are sending out and doing to the world is wrong. Just wrong. You are still doing the same stuff you did last July. So you want me to return the items that are broken half way around the world to be put in a bin. Ive just shown you photos. Utter madnessPlease don’t say, reach out to live chat because no human is there. Just a useless bot that repeats the same programmed text over and over again.If you persist you might, just might get put through to someone. They will just copy and paste the same text as the bot.Correct me if I’m wrong here but I have a feeling a temu agent has many customers up on screen and is talking to many at any one time.This explains why each answer takes so long. The only thing that isn’t a pre-text is when the customer service agent begs for a good review for themselves. They have done everything available and they are so sorry they can’t help you.You do not care about your staff, you don’t care about your customers. You do not have strict policies, You do not care about the planet. It’s all about profit. I understand that’s what companies are in it for, but there’s a right way and a wrong way. Temu, unfortunately has a very, very wrong way.
