I'm fed up with Amazon & had minimal issue with Temu.My elderly next door neighbour said 'on the news they're saying Temu's not to be trusted' & she doesn't buy stuff online..!!!Rubbish. I've had little issues & generally pay half price of high standards stores & get two of the products for e.g black out blinds, £25 @ IKEA for one or 2 sets for £16 @ Temu.I don't know how accurate the reviews here are as they don't match my experience but I do use trustpilot often.Try it for yourself. Paid by card – Temu refused refund despite clear proofI paid for my order using my bank card. The item arrived damaged and completely unusable. I provided full photo and video evidence, but Temu refuses to refund me unless I return the item – which is impossible because it had to be discarded.I opened several support tickets, but they keep repeating the same answer without offering a real solution.I feel cheated. I’ve contacted my bank to open a dispute for this transaction. I do NOT recommend shopping with Temu.
ordered adid not deliver or arrive at my address, and returned thSecond issue with them, first was sorted quickly, but this is stupidity on a massive scale, item was never even near my house and UPS have lied, but temu refuse to refund the shipping fee, have closed my account with temu, as fed up talking to bots and agents who wont help set of bathroom scales,UPS
I've been sucked in for the last time. Temu suppliers put up pics supposedly of their products, but clearly the photos belong to other suppliers because their products are nothing like the pics. I have persevered, giving them the benefit of the doubt and learning my lesson (read the descriptions CAREFULLY). But when you get an order and 3 of the 7 items are sub standard, needing to be sent back, it's time to say "enough is enough". As the old saying goes: "you get what you pay for". There's a reason their products are cheap: they're lousy.
The entire site is scam based. They offer special deals that are not honored when you place your order the offer disappears and you end up with having to pay for what was supposed to be a gift. In reply to your response. I spent over a hour trying to sort out this mess with your chat option and accomplished nothing. The customer service agent was useless. They just kept asking the same questions over and over even though I had already answered the questions. As I said your so called "gifts" are nothing but a scam to get people to buy from your site.
They Lied About the Number of Parts – And Refuse to Refund!I ordered a product that was supposed to include 142 parts, as clearly stated in the description. But when the package arrived, there were only 100 parts inside.This is completely unacceptable – it’s misleading and dishonest. I contacted the seller expecting a solution, but they refused to refund the money or send the missing parts.This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional, it’s deceptive. People trust product descriptions when they make a purchase, and this situation shows a serious lack of responsibility. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
I have bad and good experience some of the stuff are good some is completely different and bad quality, and when I need to return they gives me neighbours express that I don’t even know , also the minimum spending 35 is too much they have program circle but why they don’t do free shipping like Amazon so people can join , hope they fix some issues and do it better so I will order again other than that it’s not worth for me
