Personally, have had a good experience with Temu. Delivery is fast considering most stock all originates from China and the tracking system and courier EVRI, provides detailed info. Items are super cheap, although quality is mixed so best used for low value items. I have had one return which was handled smoothly.Very gamified shopping which isn’t completely my style…I sometimes wonder about the legitimacy of all reviews…
Dont buy from temu, terrible service. I didnt get all money in Cash refund, they instead say they have problem sending back to the bank, and wanted instead give me temu Credit while claiming they have refund on the site. This is clear scam.Giving temu Credit is only high profitable for them not the customer.
Never had a bad experience. I ordered an led battery powered light ages ago, it has outlasted the ones I purchased at B&Q (Yes, I bought two there because one stopped working, now the other), the Temu one still works. I have ordered many items, and today I received 4 locks that were £70 on #Ebay, £9 on Temu, quality of the Temu ones is solid, comes with keys etc and a better system than the manufacturers originals. Very happy,
Very bad experience.Temu claimed my package was delivered, but it was left outside on the ground, in a building with over 80 apartments — clearly not a secure location. The parcel was stolen, and despite several messages and photo proof showing that it wasn’t delivered to my door, Temu refuses to refund me.I paid for something I never received. This is unacceptable customer service. Be very careful when ordering from them.
Absolute rubbish items l bought a supposed large cat hut it says big enough for 20 cats its not big enough for 1 cat . it took a month to arrive a month to return it then wait for a refund...a lot of there items are shoddy and fall apart they use really cheap materials to make things . wrong sizes advertised when they arrive they are either too big or to small it's a bad company poor customer services l definitely don't recommend temu the one odd review praising them comes from there own company employees
TEMU has been really good if your just doing normal shopping and I give it 5 stars. All this promo to get free stuff and spinning the wheel to get cash back, 1 star. I had $0.50 left and it said invite one more friend, I invited 6 friends and still have $0.02 to go. I don't have many friends or family that would do Temu so you just end up wasting everyone's time and you get very disappointed and it won't let you pay for the remaining amount. I also had a chance to get a $150 cash back but needed 7 points, $300 later and I still needed 2 points. Simply put I asked for a refund. In terms of getting rewards or discounts SHEIN is the better site to go to, what makes TEMU better is that you don't have to spend a certain amount to get free shipping.
Get rid of those annoying pop ups and spinning wheels, Of course you're not going to do it but I know quite a few people who use this site and can't stand those things. Also I purchased some security cameras and didn't know you can only use them if you get the Chinese app Yl lo T and it's 39$ a month what kind of scam do y'all have going on? Keep on with the BS and your going to lose a lot more customers. Several of my family members use to buy from Temu not anymore. Tired of the dumb shit.
