Review Time
After purchasing more than 100 items from Timu, I’ve noticed when there was a flagpole that should be 30 feet and it stood no more than 8 feet was defective. They never provided a return shipping label after spending 9.8 hours messaging with PayPal and team affiliate no refund or return shipping label was provided for the defective item. They are not a trustworthy company. I also purchased an impact drill gun and they sent me a drill gun when I informed them day one that I never opened the box and I want to get the right item, they did not provide me with return shipping label. They said they’re going to escalate the matter. I reached out to PayPal and made a claim only to find out. They only deal with items that are not received and if they provide tracking, that’s good enough for them. They don’t get involved with refunds or return shipping labels I reach back out to Teo saying hey I received the item like I said it’s defective. The flagpole and the drill gun was never ordered. I ordered an impact gun. They said they were going to escalate the matter without any communication. I found out that this company is being sued in a class action lawsuit. I’ve also noticed some unfair practices. Guess what I found out and videotaped Items to purchase. It says click here to review items in the cart and it says thank you for your purchase. I was like hey I wanted to see the items on my cart. Wow this is pretty deceptive and I’ve also became aware that they want access to your camera. For some reason. I’ve also been told by my banking institution that my financial banking card was sold to people and Bangladesh and other countries affiliated with such as UK so we had to stop my card and re-issued the card. It turned out that the company is not better Business Bureau rated and has many unfair practices happening. Beware you will have no recourse with this e-commerce. They make many mistakes without due process. Take your money give you defective items or wrong items without any return shipping label that’s been 42 days. I’ve tried to ship back the items from two days after purchase, May 2025 I am currently filing a lawsuit in Pasadena California for principal regarding those two items deleting the app off my phone and tell they become a better trustworthy company. I will have to do that unfortunately buyer beware of this company and the class action lawsuit that it has pending against it .
Whilst it's not advisable to trust anything remotely connected to the Chinese government or CCP which every company unfortunately is, I have none the less used Temu a few times for various things and whilst some bits were really handy and useful only due to price that sadly looks like its no longer the case now you can get some things cheaper on amazon or eBay that might be because the Chinese are diverting goods through other countries in a bid to bypass tariffs to reduce the cost in any way they can even some people selling selling electrical 110V lamps destined for the States on amazon UK market place knowing too well their not fit for purpose being wrong voltage!!!. such a shame the quality is so poor as there was some really impressive innovations going on over there I love their thinking :) really clever stuff but unfortunately the quality just let most things down again what a shame. As for returning goods whilst they say you can! they emphasise that your excuse for returning goods may effect if its accepted!!! I personally would not trust this offer it's vague at best and when I tried to start a return they tried to palm me off with a £2.70 refund so I keep the items that cost me £17 pound! like the £2.70 would make the cheapness go away and make me feel better in keeping items I'm not happy with the quality!!! LOL it's such a pain that I can't be bothered to return them so I'll just bin them, Temu can keep the cash as it's probably my last time using you.again this is only a personal view through personal experience but I think I'll shop on a safer platform and pay the difference as china is getting dearer by the day and the quality still remains questionable but at least if purchased on amazon I can return without the fuss. Funny I'm waiting for some goods from Temu as I speak though its only been two weeks since ordering it, its apparently in Kazakhstan right now! must be using pony express :/.You can still get some handy stuff on Temu especially hand tools like carpentry bits but you have to be seriously selective in your choices and check it isn't already on eBay or Amazon first.
If you purchase ANY art print from TEMU you are buying stolen artwork from creatives such as myself who spend HOURS reporting copyright issues to them to take these shops/prints down. They steal thumbnail images from websites (mostly ETSY) and use them - resulting in poor quality low resolution knock-offs. If you want good quality original artwork then please DO NOT USE TEMU and instead go to reputable websites that sell the artists work firsthand.
Very poor quality on many if the items received today. Size of 2 items not good.Books very small not worth having. Clothing was thrown into bags when I opened items were creased and looked terrible. Probably the last time I order anything from this company as I might aswell throw my money away...Order no:PO-210-0975
