I had an order that was made on 10/10/24 which said it would ship in 2 business days. I called CS after 4 days. I was told that it would ship on 10/17 or 10/18. As of 10/20 at 9:34 PM I have no idea if my order has shipped. This is totally unacceptable. I am not a happy customer at all. I needed this item by 10/20 and for 10/23/24. To say that I am pissed would be an understatement.

EA has the worst servers in the worldi disconnect really often to ea due to the shi tty ass servers they have its so insane and completelly ruins the experince playing on their platform like fifa if you disconnect from the server for 1 second you get a DNF :(

I’ve spent over 2000 hours playing Apex Legends and genuinely enjoyed the game despite its ups and downs. However, I was recently banned without any explanation. No email, no warning, nothing. I’ve never cheated or violated any terms, so this came out of nowhere and feels like a slap in the face after years of loyalty.I tried appealing the ban and all I got was a generic response with no details. It’s frustrating to invest so much time, effort, and even money into a game only to be treated like this. Random bans with no transparency or accountability from the developers is unacceptable.Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Apex Legends to anyone. There’s no guarantee your account won’t get nuked out of nowhere, and EA/Respawn’s customer support is basically nonexistent. Do better.

Overall review is not that bad, however their interface to my brokers has been broken for 20 days and hardly a peep out of customer service, making the service almost unusable for me... before this it would have been a solid 4-5 stars. I am now looking for another similar service with better support on Trust Pilot.(Edit 0830): Just rec'd an e-mail asking if still had a problem with no interim - try this or re-sync or we've fixed it... smh(Edit 09/01): Nothing but silence... been about 25 days now.

Cancellation after many people ordered discounted silverware.Seems good offers are just bait and the store collects money for few days from customers, cancelling later with explanation that price was an error. Ofcourse you need to wait later for refund.

We have been NT members for many years - but no more. Volunteers are leaving in droves and who can blame them? Inept management hiding behind the Covid-19 "cannot do" excuse is the problem - and they do not even seem to recognise this. Many organisations have quickly adapted to Covid and delighted visitors and members alike - but not the NT. Most properties are closed, so are telephone lines, helpdesks and try getting info by email! Let's hope that NT does not get bailed out by government - they just don't deserve to survive unless there is a radical change of management.
