I've tried to cancel my subscription for about half a year, I would have to pay a ridiculous amount of money in order to cancel my subscription. Apparently the first 14 days of your purchase, you can cancel your subscription for free. THIS IS A SCAM!... I have accepted the fact that there is nothing to do about the payment in order to cancel my subscription because there's no way to find an actual employee to contact, and the guidelines are trash. Finally, I'm out of this money sucking hole.
Using Adobe has been one of the worst software experiences I've had. When the program is not telling me my subscription has "expired" - it hasn't, I'm paying every month for it, the program bugs, lag time, "jerkiness", and shutting down for no apparent reason, all make the user experience one of the most frustrating I've ever had - you will, at times, want to run outside and scream with anger when using this program. I will be cancelling, eventhough it will cost me almost $100 to do so - this program really is a total scam and the company needs to be reported to the BBB and states' attorney generals.
It is almost impossible to cancel a subscription. When you finally get someone to help you with that, you have to pay a termination fee—hundreds of USD in my case. This is sick. I will never buy anything from Adobe again. Avoid them. Luckily, there are other great alternatives.
I started a couple of free trials at the beginning of last year. They then automatically move to paid versions without notifying you. Once you miss the deadline for the end of the free trial they will charge you the EARTH to get out of the contract.Complete waste of money. Last year I spoke to someone at Adobe and they convinced me that it would be cheaper to keep the contract running to the end date and cancel so as to avoid cancelation charges... I then missed the deadline and it all started again!Ive just re-read my review from November 2023. That was when I thought I had cancelled everything. However, the auto-renews did not cancel. So I got caught in the trap AGAIN!Just a nightmare
absolutely atrocious service/customer support and product!! I was double and triple charged a totel of 775 euros during a period of one year and after discussing it multiple times with customer service the issue was STILL NOT CORRECTED. In june of this year I was charged for pro account 8 times!!! I wasted three hours online with the customer service (other than the two hours i soent documenting each and every payment to spare them any mental effort of having to make caculations).
