Review of aaa
Where to start? I got a flat tire and I called AAA at 4:10pm on Sunday. The website said that someone would be arriving within 60 minutes, and counted down from there. Every 10 minutes, the website updated. 5:10pm came around and no one showed up. I called AAA and they said "someone's coming but it's going to be another 2 hours, at 7pm, 3 hours from when you first contacted us." I said "why does the app tell me that someone is already here?" The woman said "oh ignore that. that doesn't mean anything." So, first things first, I'm at a loss as to why it is that AAA makes me log into a website that gives me information saying someone is coming in 1 hour when on the phone, they said it's actually going to be 3 hours total. From there, it was a total nightmare. Every time I called back, someone said "your request was canceled. It actually says that no one is assigned to help you." Then someone would say "oh wait! someone is coming but it's going to be another 2 hours." A woman told me that she was going to have a supervisor call me. Surprise, surprise, a supervisor never called me so I had to call AAA once again. Finally, like 2.5 hours into this whole ordeal while I'm sitting on the side of the road STILL WAITING, a supervisor calls me and said "I just spoke to the tow truck guy. His GPS says he'll be there in 22 minutes." I hung up and waited. And waited...and WAITED. Finally, like 45 minutes later, I called AAA who put me on hold for over an hour. Finally, the tow truck guy called me and said "I'll be there in 10 minutes" (this was 4+ hours after I put in my original request) and I said "just out of curiosity, the AAA supervisor who called me at 6:15pm said you were coming in 22 minutes but that was like 50 minutes ago. I don't understand." And the guy was like "what? no one called me? I haven't spoken to anyone. I was like an hour and a half away at 6:15pm. I've been in Pennsylvania all day. I'm only entering NYC now..." Obviously I was confused, and the guy went on to explain that AAA keeps people on the hook by misleading them. This is apparently a common thing. So I went online and lo and behold, lots of people have shared this same thing. I am at a complete loss as to why a AAA supervisor called me and lied to me about a guy being 22 minutes away when he was in PA, said he never got a call from anyone, and wasn't even close to 22 minutes from me at that time. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. In the end, my family paid out of pocket and got a local company to tow us. We do not understand why we pay for AAA. Worst 4.5 hours of my life and 1) we absolutely will be sharing this review all over the internet and 2) will not be renewing our membership. AAA turned a terrible experience of being stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire into a literal nightmare.

This has been a joke and a nightmare I renewed my passport by mail in April and then decided to expedite my passport because my sister and I had a humanitarian trip to do for a lady in Romania that needed help so June 23rd was the date. I expedited my passport on May 10th got a email back that they would try to process within 72hrs…did not happen I called June 13th now I literately have 10days she took my name date if travel and card info and informed me I should get my passport the 21st if no one contacts me by the 15th call of course wait times are over and hour I could not reach anyone till the 16th and got the most rudest curt person who just said there are no appointments…apparently to go to a place to expedite which was never explained. So no help I call the next week still no help and are the chances I get the same rude person by then it’s past the 23rd and I can leave on the 26th… she proceeds to tell me the systems are down call back in an hour. Well I missed my flight my sister was able to go so now I’m out of money and a ticket and a passport. You people suck there’s no accountability and you lie about email updates for your passport…get off your bottoms and get these passports mailed out or give at least partially our money back …makes no sense to spend that type of money for a RENEWAL!!! And no communication! Not happy!!!!

Every experience with this company has been awful. Went into a store to buy a specific charm and because the staff didn't understand the offer on my charms pad they said they couldn't sell it to me until their manager returned from lunch. Not even at full price. So went home and purchased online. I bought two items and they sent one gift box with them both in. These are not cheap products so why on earth present them in such a dissapointing way. I'll never buy from them again. Train your staff (Durham Branch).

Wow. Where do I even begin to sing the praises of Assembly Services Australia? I mean, if you're looking for an elite-level ghosting experience paired with a masterclass in last-minute disappointment—look no further! So I ordered a $1200 IKEA unit (because adulting), and IKEA generously handed the assembly over to these champions of communication. Monday 30th June rolls around and—surprise!—nothing but radio silence. My calls? Straight to voicemail. The magical link they sent for updates? Ignored with the grace of a seasoned illusionist. No show, no heads-up, just the soft hum of shattered expectations. But wait—it gets better! Late afternoon, someone finally awakens from their nap to let me know the assembler is gasp sick. Tragic. Can they come Tuesday instead? Sure, I’ll just reschedule my entire existence, no biggie. I ask (again) for a post-9am time so I can get my daughter to school and, you know, not leave a stranger unsupervised in my child’s room. Wild concept. But Assembly Services Australia, ever the innovator, hits me with a 6pm message saying they'll arrive between 7am and 7:30am. Because clearly, they operate in a parallel universe where “after 9am” translates to “at the crack of dawn.” I politely (read: exasperatedly) decline, and they respond with the pièce de résistance: “Well you’ll have to reschedule.”Spectacular.In conclusion, if you love being ignored, inconvenienced, and baffled by customer service logic that defies both space and time—Assembly Services Australia is your dream team. For everyone else: run!!

This company has the worst distribution chain in the history of delivery. Never on time. Sometimes you wait an extra 7-10 days past scheduled dates for contractors to deliver. 40% of what we buy is damaged in shipping. We had another delay today because the contractors truck can’t handle 800lbs. Last order was delayed because the contractor only delivers from Lathrop Ca to Sacramento Ca when his truck is full to save on labor/gas.
