Scale is not low enough. One of the worse user experience you can possible have. If a software manages to get you angry, then its either that their UX team is incompetent or the management is negligent and careless or perhaps both in the case of gitlab.

After 3 years of ordering parts from shapeways for my business, they sent one of my orders with defect parts.Another 10 frustrating days of emailing customer service without shapeways taking responsibility about this case, left me with very unhappy clients of mine that I needed to compensate. including one poor guy, who ordered a wedding ring and needed to rush and find a replacement just before his wedding.I am now checking for a substitute provider.

It is almost impossible to cancel a subscription. When you finally get someone to help you with that, you have to pay a termination fee—hundreds of USD in my case. This is sick. I will never buy anything from Adobe again. Avoid them. Luckily, there are other great alternatives.

I was about to get stung by the cancellation fee but put my foot down and didn't get charged! There's always a way to not get charged - a "one time exemption" in my case! If, like me you forgot about the 14 day trial...Adobe logs everything and they were able to see that I downloaded the software and then never used it again. This is how I was able to get out of paying the extortionate 50% cancellation fee. Yes that's 50% of the remaining annual balance...for software that is billed monthly. Hope this prevents someone else from being robbed.Top Tip: Don't accept their 3 month free offer. I was strongly advised to accept this offer but I dug in and only managed to come off £16 lighter. Support was fine, handled by the book but don't give in to their tactics. Genuinely shocked by the level of poor reviews, which I also used as evidence against them and their very crafty, very misleading small print, that I definitely did not read!

It's been 2 weeks and they haven't sent my purchase and I can't even get anyone to respond to my queries. This has been a learning point for me, always check trust pilot before buying online. Actually, the customer protection authorities should shut down this operation!

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I have traveled extensively. I have tried for a week to change the dates to any other time. We had a medical emergency. This company kept stating they approved but the hotel claims they have never received anything. They wouldn't speak on the phone to the other party. etc. etc. etc. Never have I received such a run around. I would stay far away from this company.

Utterly appalling service from HP technical support even with the extended warranty I bought with the laptop. Support are simply not calling me back when they say then call in the middle of a working day and email to say 'we tried'!! I have absolutely no confidence in their support and am now still waiting a call a week after I was told I would get one. Never ever again will I buy from HP.

I received tax rebates coverage for my premiums last year that I did not receive this year since Florida won't allow tax rebates if your income is too "low". So if you are making less than say $12K a year, you are SOL for healthcare coverage unless you want to hand over $320 a month for premiums while you only make $80 a month? Make it make sense. Thanks Florida, you set all kinds of records with your nonsense.Customer service call today: the website will not allow you to cancel next year's plan that healthcare.gov tries to force you into with an auto enroll if you were enrolled in 2024. You have to call the customer service number to force them to cancel for 2025 if you can't afford their massive premiums increases without the tax rebate. I called in and the rep got my 2025 plan enrollment cancelled for me but kept repeating annoying scripted comments and she also quoted my monthly premiums without factoring the deleted tax rebate in which was false information or quotes. I had to question her on that and force her to clarify that those premiums would in fact would be around $320 a month with the tax rebate taken off the table. It's very concerning to me that I had to force her to clarify that data point and my opinion is that our federal government is pulling some slick business here by auto enrolling folks, forcing phone calls instead of letting the website handle the cancellations, and not being clear on the true prices of the premiums for 2025 with the tax rebates removed if your income falls below a certain level. I am caregiving a disabled family member so my income is what it is but what a kick in the face and with all this shady delivery of it as well. Very disappointed in our government right now. I will vote accordingly now and am irate that the current administration kind of proved their competition across the aisle correct that shady business is found in both parties.

I have deleted the same submissions multiple times and it almost seems to be that way to force you to upgrade which I dont need to do since I get so few submissions anyways

Dropbox works and doesn't steal. Google docs will not let you remove your documents, google takeout is a joke of a program and your files will be missing. MS Onedrive automatically removes your data from your documents folder without your approval, CRAZY. The only way you learn about this is when it's too late. Enough experimenting for me. Dropbox just does it's job and does it well. Thanks for not messing up a good thing Dropbox

1 stars too much for these rip off merchants !! My partner went down with covid the day before or departure date from southampton to the norway fjords 16.06.2023 you get notice 24 hrs before travel you have to fill in about covid and the risks ! My partner tested posative so we called royal carribean and was told photo and video a test and send it in to them BUT WE MUST STAY AT HOME !! We did as asked not wanting to infect other passengers and crew ..72 hours later they reply to our email sent and its NO REFUND or credit for a future cruise ! They say it would not be fair to other passengers to refund us ! as if that makes any scence ? Get your money from your insurance ..why should RC keep the £2300 and expect another company to pay out ...thats us finished with cruises now ..what a nasty money grabbing bunch they are . Follow their rules and get punished for being honest and wanting to protect others on hols and the crew.. my partner is a care worker that worked all thru the covid pandemic looking after other familys loved ones and this is how we get repayed...
