Bring back Origin

I have used the Origin app for my Sims 3 & 4 for the past 8 years and never had a problem with it. Not until I downloaded the EA app. I had to reboot my computer 4 times because I thought I had a virus or a problem. I found out that it is just the EA app itself. I lost years worth of gameplay because of this app. My Sims 3 wont even work for an hour before it freezes and shuts down. This app is super slow and I cannot play either of my Sims games without them freezing or crashing. I did not pay 300+ dollars on this game and expansion packs for it to work like this. EA you need to do better.

All my games lost during transition to EA Games app.

Unnecessary transfer from Origin game launcher to EA Games launcher. Literally a week later 0 of my purchased games are showing in my library and I can't play any of them. This is now the final reason why I will only be purchasing games on Steam from now on.

Bad customer service.

Bad customer service.Had an issue purchasing API credits; other providers got it resolved within the hour. I talked via their Intercom web widget and just to their Fin AI.When requesting a human it said "Read more in our Help Center.". But I was already in their help center. I opened like 6 of these all going to that message or "You can find more information about your issue by searching in our Help Center. Or, start a new conversation if you'd like to continue chatting with Fin.".I don't want to contact Fin AI, I want to contact the non-existent support team.

This is the worst customer service I…

This is the worst customer service I have received for a company. I had a horrible experience at a hotel stay and I have been trying to contact booking.com for weeks and i just get bot responses assuring me I will hear back in 4 hours and I am a valued customer. Clearly I am not. If you try calling the number its AI generated bots that answer there, too. ZERO customer service. Check their comments on facebook. I would not recommend you you this company and I will cancel the reservation I had made for later this year. Oh, and the price of the exact same room I booked was 30 dollars less on the hotel website.

Don't buy it if you can even find it.

When it works it's good... it's down a lot for no apparent reason and when you call and get a so-called tech they seem to know less than I do...If I could do it all over again..I WOULD NOT BUY this system.Word of advice to Nest/Google...Train your techs to actually know something instead of them sounding like a ignorant robot.

Exemplary customer service

I was in the Lego shop in Glasgow Buchanan Galleries before Christmas and I bought a lego jaws set for a Christmas present. I was greeted as I entered the store which was a pleasant start to the experience. The store was tidy and had the products set up nicely in categories about the store which made it easy to navigate. I was also asked by a member of staff while I was browsing if I needed any assistance and the lady was helpful finding the item I was looking for and reassured me it was a good choice I was making due to the popularity of the set. The gentleman at the till was also very helpful asking me how my day was going which was lovely and spoke about our Christmas plans. Excellent service from start to finish and the same lady who greeted front of store me wished me a good day as I left. 11/10 all staff are a credit to the store and are very knowledgable and friendly

Please heed this warning…after good…

Please heed this warning…after good experiences with products received a few years ago, on the last 6 months I have not received two products…essentially scam artists taking money and not providing products. Kickstarter basically passes your money on to these scamsters after taking their cut. They don’t do any proper due diligence and are of no help whatsoever. Only buy from established companies who at times brings out products through Kickstarter…avoid rest…you will end up losing your money…Pravin

BAD EXPERIENCE

BAD EXPERIENCE. Bought my phone from flipkart. They certainly do not have any quality control. The phone is faulty and they are not taking a return. I bought an iPhone. Since it was bought from flipkart and not apple , apple is not going to take it back. Flipkart is not even trying to accomodate. Horrible experience. never buying anything from flipkart neither do I recommend it to anyone for any amount of discount.

If you're a beginner photographer who'd like to earn some cents from your works, this is an okay site. Of course there are better ways to make more money off your photography skills but consider Shutterstock as a side income. I wish the submission process would be a bit more flexible.

0 out of 10 won’t recommend.

On august 2, 2022 I did an online Kroger pickup. That evening I tried to cook only to see the pepperonis had mold and Burt black stuff on it. So I go to open some egg rolls only to see they were completely covered in crystals. I called my local Kroger and told them I’d bring the food back the next day being that was two to many items I opened and did not match Kroger slogan “fresh produce”. My total was $148.82. I took ALL the food back to my local Kroger august 3, 2022 and was told by the store to contact Kroger customer service for my refund. I contact them august 4,2022 and was told it will be 7-10 business days. Well I’ve spoken with Emily, Iya, Jessica, Vanessa (the rudest of them all), Reneal and countless of other representatives. Only to be told on my 8th business day of waiting that I had to wait 30 business days. I received two credits that did not come close to $148. Well today is my 30th business day and I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve called at least three times a week and once a week they tell me “I’m very sorry but we have to re submit your refund and you have to wait an additional 30 days”. Kroger is an absolute joke at this point. I will never shop here again neither will I suggest others to do so. The “fresh produce “ they have out for the public to purchase is NEVER fresh. On top of all of this they keep lying saying “oh your funds will be available tomorrow” just to get me off the phone. When the next day come no funds still. They are pathetic and sad.

This is the worst software that I've ever used. Everything anyone says about it is true. The latest improvement is to, the minute the dropbox.dmg file installs (and to make it install takes an effort on macos, had to go to the latest beta instead), it steals all contents from Desktop, Documents and Downloads and moves it online (not your dropbox.com account). You can access it from your PC via a link and make copies but good luck finding it on dropbox.com and deleting it from there.I call that 'unauthorized access'.Now I'm trying to deinstall this excuse for an application, but don't want to permanently lose anything else it might have gotten its hands on, without my permission or knowledge. Good luck to me. I survived 10 minutes with dropbox.app. 'Hopefully' survived. Horrible. Don't repeat my mistake.

Called to check something while troubleshooting an issue (its their hardware ETC, I'd expect they can help)they pretty much did nothing to help, then ignored all information i was giving them to get the help to begin withthen I was told (to the effect of) "we only have so long we can be on the phone with each customer, here's some links that won't help you, now go away
