The most overpriced and terribly made software I've had the displeasure of using. You buy a license, it doesn't work. You uninstall/reinstall (which takes ages for some reason) and it still doesn't pick up that you've bought the software.The ones that do work are just an awful experience. It's the most user-unfriendly software I've had the displeasure of using. It crashes a lot. Nothing works the way you expect it to, the shortcuts are nonsense, the software is slow. It feels like something created by someone who's never made software before.Maybe one day my acrobat will suddenly work, but for now I've a paid for product that doesn't register on my account as paid for.
After paying £400 for Adobe software over 12 years ago, registering it with Adobe and using it without issue, Adobe have disabled the software. I am now being told that it wasn't purchased from an authorised reseller (unknown to me).This reseller is still promoting Adobe products and Adobe allow this to happen.I bought this software in good faith and am now £400 out of pocket.
if it could be -17 stars, that's how terrible of an experience my 13 years of professional use of these extortionists' software was. i paid hundreds of dollars to subscribe to a software that, when i first started using it in high school, i bought from the community college bookstore for $20 on a cd-rom. i could write multiple dictionary-sized dissertations on how much i hate this corporation, beyond their obvious recent newsworthy idiocy. at the moment, i'm especially re-enraged because i finally went to cancel the $20/mo photography plan i had reduced to last year after putting my freelance business on pause, and they charged me a $70 early cancelation fee on a plan that i had understood to be monthly. oopsie! i'm so stupid i forgot to scour their whole website for the fine print that reveals that it was an "annual plan" that was just being charged monthly! silly me!!! that's how all monthly subscriptions work, right?!? and then when you cancel early, you have to BUY THEM OUT OF THE "STEEP" CONTRACT DISCOUNT THEY GAVE YOU FOR CHOOSING AN ANNUAL PLAN?!?!?!?!?!? be so ffr. get your whole useless cranium out of your anus, execs. can't wait to join the class action lawsuit on this one.
You can add me to the long list of customers who have been deceived and screwed by Adobe with promises of free trials and extension without clearly advertising the subsequent contract that they will coerce you into. Adobe cannot be trusted.
Noticed suddenly I have "credits" for AI Firefly. What is that for NONSENSE. Been a customer for 10 years. Is the 750 euro each year you receive from me NOT enough??But I figured I shouldn't worry to much since FireFly AI is utter garbage. UTTER garbage. Oh, nice update on the PS workspace. Now everytime I open PS i have te reset my workspace since it is gone... Oh and the word "straight" is blocked in your garbage AI.
