Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Contacted two agents and kept grit f out on hold for 10 minutes at a time despite the operator saying there was less than a minute waiting time for agents. It’s a clear money making effort to leave you on hold for ages until they disconnect you or you get tired and can’t stay on the phone any longer. Disgraceful. I’ll be calling again and will not stop until I cancel this subscription. I’ve been unable to access my account from the start, my account was never verified as a result, yet money was still taken out of my account. I have never used any of their services yet they are being ridiculous with the refund process. Awful. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE EVER
I’ve been trying to cancel my Adobe subscription multipel times, and it’s been one of the most frustrating experiences ever. I’ve contacted three different agents via chat, but two stopped responding mid-conversation, and the third left the chat without any warning. It feels like Adobe is actively making it as difficult as possible to cancel a subscription, which is incredibly unprofessional.My primary concern is that Adobe will continue to charge my account, and I absolutely refuse to pay any termination fee that I never agreed to. I’m in a difficult financial situation, and this is only adding to my stress and frustration.Adobe, this is completely unacceptable. I need immediate assistance to finalize my cancellation without any additional charges. If you care about your customers at all, I expect someone to address this issue promptly.I strongly warn others against subscribing to Adobe – the support is abysmal, and canceling your subscription seems impossible.
I used the Acrobat Pro Trail. I forgot to cancel or maybe i did cancel. 3 month passed and i notice a charge in my bank. I notice Ive been paying for 3 months. I tried to cancel and then needed to pay a cancelation fee of $89. Customer support would not cancel or refund they just gave me the run around. My advice, find an alternative before using ADOBE.
Wanted to experiment with photo editing. Tried it but realized it isn't really for me, extremely steep learning curve, not the fun or creative outlet I was looking for. Slapped with an early cancellation fee worth 2 more months of service. Absolutely ridiculous policy probably buried within loads and loads of agreement jargon. Zero demonstration of company ethics, morals, or values. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Not a suprise that i have come on here to write a review and just see loads of 1 stars.... Adobe are a joke regardless how big of a company they i dont care! They took a payment from me on my end which i literally sent them in a bank statement proving i paid my bill and they said they hadnt recieved and continued to act like mongoles .... Adobe will employ a 2 year old to work for them i just spoke to someone who had no idea what i was talking about and then after paying 27.98 they then 8 minutes later tried to take a payent of 68.97 like what the hell is happening with this company its sh**!! Use different software take my advice, you will have issues!
