Review Time
The absolute WORST software on Earth. I pay these crooks a subscription fee every month only to have Photoshop crash every time I try to start it up. I have just loaded the latest "upgrade" and the program is absolutely USELESS. Every time I try to open it I get a message that Photoshop has unexpectedly quit and a "report" is sent to Apple. The worst part is Adobe just doesn't care - what a surprise that "customer support" is closed. ADOBE SUCKS - SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Signed up for a trial to edit 1 pdf, forgot about it for a couple of months and have now ended up paying multiple monthly fees and an early cancellation fee equalling hundreds of dollars. Most expensive PDF of my life. What an absolute sham of a company policy. Here's hoping karma comes back around - avoid at all costs. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIAL.
Well…If I could give zero stars I 100% would.I tried out the free trial version out of curiosity of how much Photoshop changed after I last used it back in school and cancelled it a few days later only to find out today that my card was charged twice as if I hadn’t cancelled the trial.And when I did try to cancel the “subscription” it showed up that I have to pay for the quite ridiculously expensive cancellation fee, I mean 59.44€ plus the two months my card was charged even after I cancelled the free trial is to put it simply robbery in broad daylight. I really wish I had looked through the reviews here before all of this and found that not only are people being overcharged for the cancellation fee but that the company copy and paste the same responses to the reviews.I really do still love Photoshop and Lightroom but man…it’s not worth it for this price and that kind of money hungry company. I’d rather go back to the programs I used before.
We're using enterprise licences - we're a big company. Since 2 weeks nobody is able to use the product because of networking issues with Adobe servers. We opened the case ADB-35956824-X6P9, every time the french support is trying to get a technical agent (located in India) to help us, the tech agent put us on hold for 10 minutes and hang up the phone !! EVERY SINGLE TIME !!
I cancelled my subscription after not using the Adobe Suite too often. I wanted to try it out for a couple of months. When I cancelled, I got charged over 100 euro! This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never subscribe to them again. Avoid their products at all costs if you do not want to be robbed!
I live in a Vat free country, Jersey channel islands. The first year they refunded the vat and was told to contact them each time I purchase the plan to have the vat refunded. I just renewed, contacted their chat app and was told they can't refund it. This are a bunch of con artists. AVOIDFollow up on 27/08/2024Responce to Adobe:Hello, I had a call from one of your agents who was no help whatsoever. I don't live in the UK, I live in Jersey channel islands 🙄. Thee is no option to choose Jersey channel islands when setting up the account, the nearest place to Jersey to choose is the UK. Vat number don't exist in jersey because it's a vat free island and nobody here is charged vat. We have our own form of tax called GST. I was previously refunded by you to my business account and told to contact you each time I renew for the vat refund. This seems like I'm being conned. I will be writing reviews alerting others to the fact you are charging vat to a non vat island. I've been an Adobe customer for 5 years but will be switching to Canva premium next year because of this. Regards Jennifer Velazco
I cancelled my subscription last month yet I've still been charged. I contacted customer service to resolve this which was a complete waste of my time!! I was told if I cancelled today I would need to pay a ridiculous fee and any messages with the mention of a refund were DELETED! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
